When a new user fires up the mobile app for the first time, they will be prompted to create a new account that will enable syncing across their devices.
As for existing users, you shouldn't have to do anything. Your search history, bookmarked songs, artists, and albums will all be synchronized. From the look of things, the necessary changes were all made on their end. Still, it doesn't hurt to make sure you have the latest version of SoundHound installed. You know, just to be sure.
