There are still very few "universal" docks available for Android users, but if you own a Samsung smartphone, this little baby comes pretty close. The Samsung Galaxy Multimedia Desktop Charging Dock includes a spiffy flip-out stand big enough to support the biggest of Notes, plus an audio-out 3.5mm jack for easy output to a nearby speaker. One Amazon vendor is selling the dock for just sixteen dollars American, a discount of more than two thirds off the retail price.

This is an official Samsung first-party dock, not some cheapo cash-in. It seems to be a slight variation of this dock, which retails for $49.99. The official Samsung page lists the former as compatible with pretty much every major Samsung smartphone released in the last two years, including all variants the Galaxies S II, S S III, S4, Note, Note II, and the Galaxy Nexus. The sole Amazon reviewer says it's compatible with the Galaxy S4 and activates its integrated dock app, so we're assuming it's the same hardware in a slightly less glossy case.

Functionally, the dock will charge your phone and output audio - that's it. An HDMI slot for compatible devices would have been nice, but you can't have everything. What you can have is free shipping, at least if you live in the United States. While the Desktop Dock doesn't qualify for Amazon Prime, free standard shipping is available for one and all through the vendor, On The House.
