In January, we saw Motorola's Droid Razr HD drop to just a penny on Amazon for customers looking to upgrade their old devices. Sadly, the deal didn't extend to new customers (though at $19.99, not much complaining could be done).

If you were hoping to hop onto the big red network with the Razr HD for a more enticing price, Amazon's got your deal – the phone is now just a penny for new customers (and additional lines). Upgrades on the other hand will cost customers $89.99, strangely enough.

Though the Razr HD launched last fall, its specs still hold up against the competition. In case you've forgotten, the HD's got a 4.7" 720x1280 display (that's ~312ppi), 1GB RAM, a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor, and an 8MP camera (with 1.3MP front cam).

If you've been pondering a jump to Verizon (or adding another phone to your plan), the Razr HD isn't a bad choice, and at a penny, it's a great value. To take advantage of the deal, just hit the link below.
