So here we go - the rumor mill is really starting to churn out some seemingly solid details about Sprint's supposed version of the upcoming HTC One X. We first heard about this device shortly after the One X's official announcement back at Mobile World Congress, then rumored to be called the Jewel. Rumors later suggested the name internal name was actually Jet, but few other details have made their way to the masses - until now.

I briefly suggested that the name of the device could be the EVO LTE, as it's said to be the newest successor in the EVO line. However, new information points to the device being called the HTC EVO One, and it's also said to be slated for a June 6th release. As far as specs are concerned, this one is nothing to scoff at, either:

  • 4.70-inch 720p display
  • 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon Krait processor
  • 16GB built-in storage, microSD card slot
  • 8MP rear shooter, 2MP front camera
  • 2,650mAh battery
  • Android 4.0 with Sense 4
  • LTE
  • Beats by Dre

The EVO One is said to be black and red, thin, and, like the original EVO, will sport a kickstand.

As always though, these are just rumors, and should be treated as such. We don't have long to wait for legit info, though; Sprint's taking the wraps off of this badboy in less than a week.
