BeyondPod has long been my favorite podcast app, and its Honeycomb implementation rocks my socks. If you already have a license for the phone app, it'll work for the tablet one as well - no charge.

While Sprinkle works on Android 2.3+, it is absolutely gorgeous on tablets (just watch the video), so I'm including it here.
