Samsung makes a lot of tablets. So many in fact, that it can be hard to keep track of which are the entry-level and which are the premium ones. Tab Pro? Galaxy Tab? No, it's the Tab S series that you want to lay your hands on if at all possible. Verizon Wireless has finally started selling the LTE-equipped 10.5-inch version for a cool $600 off-contract.

Hot on the heels of Sprint's launch of the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, AT&T announced that it will begin selling both the 8.4- and 10.5-inch LTE variants online and in stores beginning September 26. The carrier is also taking pre-orders for both tablets right now with a shipping date of September 23.

Big Blue is only selling the tablets in charcoal gray, so if you were hoping for white, you're out of luck.

The Galaxy S5 on Verizon got an update barely one week ago that bumped it up to Android 4.4.4, but another is rolling out today. The new OTA with version number KTU84P.G900VVRU1ANI2 adds a few tweaks to functionality and resolves some bugs. It also gets the GS5 ready for VoLTE calls.

If you're going to start messing around with ROMs and serious modding, you'll need a custom recovery. There are a few popular ones, but TWRP is the go-to for most devices. Getting official support on your device of choice is cause for celebration, and today Note 3 owners on Verizon get to party.

It's that time of the month again, CyanogenMod ROM fans. In fact it's a bit past that time of the month, reportedly thanks to a heavy workload and the Labor Day weekend, but now that the CM11 monthly update is up to the M10 release, we won't hold it against the CyanogenMod Team. The biggest change to the M build is a brand new bug tracker app, which makes it easy for users to submit anonymized bug reports to CM along with a stacktrace whenever a system app crashes.

In the market for a new tablet? Have a "the bigger, the better" mentality? Don't want to spend more than $400 on a new tablet? Good news all around: Groupon has some good deals on the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Tab Pro 12.2 today – both the black and white versions of each are going for $299 and $380 respectively. It's worth noting that these are refurbished units, but hey, they're $100-$150 off the price of a new device.

Alright T-Mobile users, it's time to get flashing, at least if you own an LG G3 or the 7-inch version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. Team Win has released their custom recovery build for both of the T-Mobile variants of those devices, enabling power users to easily flash modifications and ROMs or backup the existing system. You can grab the T-Mo G3 recovery here, and the Galaxy Tab 4 recovery here

Apparently the various unlocked and carrier models of both devices are just different enough to cause difficulty when flashing a modified recovery or ROM, and in both cases these TWRP builds are the first official ones for their respective devices.

Samsung, I get it: you are not Apple, and you like making fun of Apple. But in its latest slew of iAds, Samsung basically throws any semblance of taste and humor out the window to make fun of Apple mostly for the sake of doing it. Behold.

In this ad we see Samsung making fun of the fact that Apple's livestream of the iPhone 6 event sucked. It did - it was terrible.
