The Xperia Z2 doesn't support wireless charging out of the box, but Sony has just announced two accessories for the flagship device that will be able to scratch that particular itch. The two products include a flip cover that enables the device to work with Qi wireless chargers and an official Sony-branded circular base to set it on.

The Sprint HTC One (M7) got KitKat way back in January. Since then, things have change a lot with the announcement of the M8 and Sense 6. At long last, owners of last year's flagship on Sprint can get a taste of the new Sense via an OTA update.

The wait is nearly over for anyone who kind of wants a tablet, but doesn't want to commit to having two whole devices. The Asus PadFone X has been "coming soon" for months now, but AT&T is finally setting a date – you can get your own phone/tablet hybrid on June 6th for $199, if you go for the traditional contract.

Today's a big day for Chromecast. Earlier today we reported that Google's little magic media stick was ready to stream shows to TVs in Japan and Austrialia. Now we see that the device has also arrived in Belgium, Norway, Portugal, and Switzerland as well.

Update: The devices section of Google Play may have just opened its virtual doors in Norway, but the Chromecast has actually been available in the country for two months now.

Google doesn't so much hate Europe as it seems to be woefully indifferent to the plight of Android users in many of those nations who often lack choices in awesome devices. Well, things are looking up for a few more countries today. The Google Play device section is open to users in Norway and Switzerland starting now.

As is common with smartphone announcements, LG's G3 event was pretty cringe-worthy, but the phone looks intriguing, right? Those of you in the US will probably be able to get it on all carriers eventually, but so far AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint have signaled their intention to carry the G3 this summer.

Sprint is touting HD voice and Spark (tri-band LTE) support. The Now network is also getting the gold version of the device as a US exclusive, which I know will make you all very excited.

LG didn't do much of a job keeping the flagship G3 under wraps - pretty much every detail has been leaked in some capacity before today. But the press event in London made it official and laid the phone bare for all to see. LG's headliner for 2014 bests headliners from both Samsung and HTC with a 5.5", 2560x1440 screen boasting a DPI of 538. Unfortunately the oh-so-shiny case is only "metallic" (read: plastic), and not true metal like the HTC One family.

You guys like streaming Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and lots of others to your TV, right? Of course you do, because bigger is better when it comes to watching movies, videos, or TV. It's a scientific fact.

Today, users in both Australia and Japan are finally able to get that satisfied feeling of hitting the "Connect to Chromecast" button, as Google's nifty little streaming gadget is now available in both countries.

It'll set Australian users back $50, and is available from Google Play, Dick Smith, and JB HiFi, according to Ausdroid.

Getting your hands on a budget tablet for around a hundred bucks isn't particularly challenging, but these decidedly underwhelming gadgets typically don't come with the latest version of Android. Toshiba intends to do budget shoppers one better by providing them with a 7-inch tablet with Android 4.4, all for $110. This little guy goes by the name of Excite Go.

VibeZ2Pro-Thumb

Lenovo, despite being the relatively new owners of Motorola Mobility, didn't need this acquisition to produce attractive new hardware - at least for markets other than the US. The Vibe Z, which never made it to our corner of the world, looks poised to get a sequel that ups its game in every area that matters. Shots of a phone dubbed the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro have surfaced, showing a 6-inch phone with a quad HD display, a 4000mAh battery, a 16MP OIS camera with dual LED flash, and a Snapdragon 801 processor.
