Verizon Re-Releases The DROID RAZR M As The Motorola Luge, Available For Prepaid Customers At $199.99

I used the Motorola DROID RAZR M as my primary phone for over six months. I was in between jobs, my not-so-trusty Galaxy Nexus had been smashed, and I knew from previous experience that Motorola's resurrected RAZR line had tough builds and good radios. While it was ostensibly a "budget phone," that ugly little DROID RAZR M was the most reliable Android device I had ever owned. When I got back on my feet, I skipped flagships from Samsung, LG, and HTC, and went straight for Motorola's next DROID phone.

LG Slips The European Price Of The G Watch R Into A German Press Release: 299 Euro

Aside from its round P-OLED screen and stylish case design, the G Watch R is remarkably similar to the original LG G Watch. But as just about anyone could guess, consumers will be paying a premium for that style when the round Android Wear device is released later this year. If LG's German press release announcing the G Watch R is accurate, it's going to be quite a premium indeed. The PR lists the suggested retail price as 299 euro, a full €100 more expensive than the G Watch.

CyanogenMod 11 Nightly Builds Go Live For The GSM Moto G 4G

The Moto G is easily one of the best choices on the market for a low-cost smartphone. One of the more appealing aspects of the handset is that it's essentially unlocked and free of carrier ties (in most cases, anyway), allowing users to more easily do all the things that carriers attempt to block on their branded handsets.

Among those things is rooting and ROMing, and now CyanogenMod 11 nightlies are rolling out for the Moto G 4G GSM.

LG Officially Announces The G Watch R: Same Guts, New 1.3" Circular P-OLED Screen And Stainless Steel Body

After a few teases of its premium follow-up to the G Watch, LG has finally let loose official details for the G Watch R. The immediate takeaways: a 1.3" P-OLED [Plastic Organic LED] display, stainless steel body, a heart-rate monitor, leather strap, Q4 availability in "key markets" and, not surprisingly, no pricing at this time.

LG G Watch R 1

As far the insides go, this is basically still just the G Watch. It has the same Snapdragon 400 CPU, the same 4GB of storage, the same 512MB of RAM, the same IP67 rating, and a very-slightly-larger 410mAh battery (compared to 400mAh in the G Watch).

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is one of the best tablets available on the market right now. Samsung has released no shortage of slates, but this remains situated among the top of the line. That's why the 10-inch tablet usually still goes for half a grand. Yet if you're interested, here's the scoop. Amazon currently has the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 discounted by $50. Now there are some caveats. We're talking about the 16GB version, and the lower price only applies to the white option.

AT&T HTC One M8 Android 4.4.3 OTA Software Update Now Hitting Devices

A number of HTC One M8 owners running on AT&T's network have started to receive an over-the-air software update delivering Android 4.4.3 to their devices. It doesn't bring about a big visual change for a flagship phone that already launched with KitKat, but the number of optimizations and security fixes contained within this release make it something worth downloading. Well, there's that, and there's the warm fuzzy feeling that comes from running a newer version of Android.

Google+ Users Can Now Import Videos Straight Into YouTube

YouTube has videos. Google+ has videos. In fact, Google+ uses the YouTube backend and interface for its videos. So it makes sense that you can seamlessly move uploaded videos between the two. Except that you can't, or at least you couldn't before the latest update to the web versions of both services. You'll need to "merge" your personal YouTube channel with Google+ to take advantage, which might be a sticking point for all those YouTube users that cried foul about the whole username thing a while back.

Asus Teases Its Upcoming Squircular Android Wear 'ZenWatch' In Brief IFA Trailer

IFA will take place early next month in Berlin, and a number of companies are tripping over themselves to drum up hype for their upcoming Android Wear devices. LG has teased the G Watch R, a round evolution of its first attempt from earlier this summer, a few times now.
