- Bluetooth connectivity: Improved Bluetooth connectivity between the watch and phone to reduce momentary disconnects experienced by some users.
- Charging notification: Added a message to confirm that Moto 360 is charging in cases when its battery is fully depleted.
- Bug fixes: Implemented bug fixes and other system optimizations.

Last year Motorola announced the Droid phones alongside the Moto X, but this year the new Moto X is about to hit the shelves and there's still no official word on new Droid phones. However, a Google+ posting by HeloMotoHK claims to show the rumored Droid Turbo in all its glory. Yep, it still looks like a Droid.
Update: We're getting a few reports that this initial build (213.44.1) may be a soak test, despite the fact that our tipster isn't part of the current soak program. If that's the case, it may be a few days to a few weeks before regular users see the OTA update.

Motorola chose to go with an LCD panel for the Moto 360, which should mean no problems with burn-in like you'd see on an AMOLED. However, a few users have started reporting something that looks an awful lot like burn-in. What we're probably seeing is image persistence, which can sometimes happen to LCDs. While annoying, it's not as bad as AMOLED burn-in.
Motorola currently offers the Moto 360 in silver and black colors, but what if you want something a little more blingy? The company posted a promo image recently that piqued everyone's interest as it showed what is clearly a gold Moto 360. When we asked about it, Motorola was all like "what watch?"

The updated Moto X just went on sale earlier this week with delivery dates toward the end of the month. So far only the GSM devices for AT&T and T-Mobile have popped up, but Verizon has confirmed it too will have the phone soon. Punit Soni, VP of product at Motorola, just announced on his Google+ page that he is departing from the company. It's unclear why he's leaving or where he's going, but it's safe to say that everyone loved the work he did at Moto, and his influence on the company was definitely felt. It looks like Republic Wireless is going for the Motorola hat trick: in addition to last year's flagship Moto X and mid-range Moto G, the American hybrid MVNO is now planning on selling the low-end Moto E to its customers.
