Carphone Warehouse Outs The Nexus 4 (Again), Claims Pre-Orders Ship By October 30th

It seems a little fitting that the first site to give us an indication of when we'll get our hands on the Nexus 4 was also the first site to leak its name. According to a device listing page that has now been pulled, the newest, shiniest, sparkliest Google hardware may be available pretty soon after the announcement next week. The Carphone Warehouse says that pre-orders will ship on October 30th.

[Update: Another Angle] Alleged Press Shot Of The LG Nexus 4 Leaks, But Is It The Real Deal?

Just a little while ago, the first purported press shots of the LG Nexus 4 hit Twitter, thanks to EVLeaks. Almost immediately after looking at the image, though, it's clear something's... not right.

Official Pictures And Specs Of The LG Spectrum 2 For Verizon Outed: 4.7" Display, 1.5GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon, And Android 4.0

We actually first heard about the upcoming Spectrum 2 for Verizon back in late August, but we now have full details, along with a couple of images of the device, thanks to Best Buy. The Spectrum 2's page went live at BB just a little while ago, revealing basically everything we didn't already know about the device.

T-Mobile Announces Pricing And Availability Of The Mid-Range LG Optimus L9 - Coming October 31st For $80

Interested in a mid-range LG device on T-Mobile? Wait, you don't have to answer that. Regardless of how you feel about it, the LG Optimus L9 is coming. While T-Mo originally announced the device earlier this month, the carrier has just come clean with its actual availability: October 31st. Spooky.

LG Spectrum ICS 4.0.4 Update (Build VS920ZV7) Rolling Out To Devices Soon

Ah, the poor LG Spectrum. Soon after it was released with mediocre Gingerbread-based software the Samsung Galaxy S III showed up to rain on LG's parade. Well, the Spectrum is getting a big update to Android 4.0.4 that should make owners much happier. Watch out, though. It clocks in at a whopping 384MB.

LG Nexus 4 Outed (Again) By EVLeaks, Confirms Most Specs And That Godawful Name

The notorious @evleaks Twitter account is at it again, and this time it's showing off specs and an image of the purported LG Nexus 4. There really isn't any new information here, but this lines up with all the previous rumors we've heard over the last several weeks:

  • Quad-core APQ8064 CPU
  • 2GB RAM
  • 8GB/16GB on-board storage
  • 8MP rear shooter, 1.3MP front
  • 2100mAh battery
  • 9.1mm thick

Sprint Announces The Optimus G Will Be Available On Nov. 11th For $199, Pre-Orders Start Nov. 1st

We've just confirmed with Sprint that the Optimus G will be available on the Now Network on November 11th, for $199 on a 2-year agreement. Pre-orders begin on the 1st of November.

The Optimus G, as a quick refresher, is the first mass-market phone to contain a Qualcomm S4 Pro quad-core processor, which by all accounts is currently the most powerful mobile chipset on the market. I've been using the G for a few days now, and I have to say, it is fast.

AT&T's Optimus G Will Be Available November 2nd For $199 On Contract, Pre-Orders Start Tomorrow

The Optimus G is a phone you'd have to be living under a rock not to have heard about at this point, but pricing and availability information for the US has been surprisingly scant up until now. We knew it was coming to AT&T and Sprint, but in regards to when and how much, "soon" and "some amount of money" were really all we had.

Today, on its official blog, AT&T announced that the Optimus G will be available for pre-order starting October 16 (at this link), and you'll have to cough up $199 and either start a 2-year contract or renew your existing AT&T agreement to get it at that price.
