Why yes, that is a slightly older version of TouchWiz (Nature UX 1.0, if I'm not mistaken) that this Optimus F3 is running! Sprint has either managed to unearth the world's first LG phone with TouchWiz, or someone done goofed at some point.

16GB White Nexus 4 Already Sold Out On Google Play, 8GB Still Available

If you've been on the fence about about picking up the white version of the Nexus 4 that just hit the store three days ago, the decision has been made for you if the sixteen gigger was your peach. Hopefully El Goog anticipated an influx of new sales and will be getting more white 16s in stock soon enough. Of course, the black one is still available if you simply must have a Nexus 4 right this minute.

LG Nexus 4 Now Officially On Sale In The Google Play Store In South Korea

In South Korea, the market for smartphones is vicious: Samsung leads the pack, as is the case almost everywhere, with fellow Korean company LG behind them in second place. It's strange, then, that the Play Store has not sold LG's own Nexus 4 to the Republic of Korea itself. That changed yesterday, as the Nexus 4 goes on sale in the Play Store in South Korea for the first time... just six and a half months after it launched. Better late than never, I suppose. Previously only the Nexus 7 was available.

The 8GB N4 is on sale for 399,000 won, just about $50 more than the US price tag, with the 16GB model coming in at 459,000 won, a bit over $407 at the current exchange rate.
