The newest version of Sense UI has been somewhat of a hot topic amongst HTC owners, as HTC itself said that certain aspects of it has been reserved for newer devices only. Naturally, the dev community over at XDA was not about to stand for that, and shortly after the Sensation ROM leak, got to work on spreading the Sense 3.0 love.

Good news for G2 users: it looks like the Android update fairy may be smiling upon you! According to TMoNews, a Gingerbread update for the G2 is in the works and it should be ready "soon."

One of the more interesting features of the HTC Flyer is its use of a digital pen, but up until now there has been little talk of its availability. The Digital Pen allows you to write on basically anything you see on the Flyer, including web pages or input boxes, using HTC Scribe technology. I think that there was speculation that the Flyer would come with the digital pen, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Read More
A couple of months ago, we told you that the HTC Desire HD and Incredible S would be getting an OTA update to Gingerbread, but we didn't know exactly when this would happen. It looks like the wait is over though, because HTC has started rolling out the official OTA update to European users. The HTC-made T-Mobile myTouch 4G was originally priced at $149.99 for new users signing up for a contract and $450 off-contract. Then in early November 2010, the price dropped to $79.99. Today until 5/5/11 (i.e. tomorrow), the mid-range Android device is completely free on T-Mobile with a 2-year contract after a $250 "instant discount" and $199.99 "web-only discount".
Strangely, the refurbished models are still priced at $49.99. Someone at T-Mobile must have neglected to change their prices! Read More

A few days ago, the Chinese HTC blog 911sniper that most HTC ROM leaks originate from posted images and a minimal amount of information on HTC's 2 newest and mysterious devices: the Rider and the Kingdom. Not much was known about either, except that the Kingdom has a qHD (540x960px) resolution.
Today, 911sniper gave birth to an actual ROM of the Kingdom, which cleared up quite a few things to us. Read More
