[New App] Zillow Releases Houses And Apartments Rental App, Lets You Select Where You Want To Live By Circling Areas On A Map

Searching for a new place to live can be ridiculously frustrating. Often times, the combination of price, size, location, and type of housing can make it nearly impossible to find exactly what you want. Fortunately, there are apps like Zillow Rentals to help.

Zillow Rentals take a similar approach to other apps when it comes to helping you find a new place to live. It can sort location by price, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and location. The really neat thing, though, is that it actually lets you circle specific areas on a map where you'd want to live and only shows you listings from those areas.

Either way, you could probably use a little more of Marvel's most famous superheroes of late in your life. So, here. Have an official live wallpaper.

The live wallpaper costs $0.99. We say this because, although you can download it for free here, the wallpaper requires an in-app purchase of 99 cents to unlock the heroes. So, unless you've been waiting for years to see that sweet Avengers logo and a burning car, this app just costs a buck.

Ice Cream Sandwich Now Available For The Huawei MediaPad

Huawei was the first company to bring Android 3.2 on a seven-inch slate to the mainstream with the MediaPad, and now it has released an official Ice Cream Sandwich for the device.

The 329MB download brings a seemingly stock Android experience, as well as all of the enhancements and benefits of ICS along with it.

Unlike most devices, the update for the MediaPad isn't being sent over-the-air, so in order to grab this update, you'll have to head over to Huawei's website for the download (installation instructions should be inside of zip).

This gorgeous Android statue, with beer taps for hands, dispenses home brew at the touch of a screen.

The keg comes complete with flow control, so you can select what size drink you want and the bot will pour it automatically. It uses NFC tags to ensure that only approved users can get at your precious booze supply.

Lookout Gets Real (Time) With Anti-Malware Protection, Offers File System And Install Monitoring

If you use an anti-spyware/anti-malware client on your device, then there's little doubt that you've tried Lookout at one time or another. While it is definitely one of the most well-known and popular anti-malware clients for Android, it has always had one huge shortcoming, in my opinion: lack of SD card scanning and real-time application monitoring for side-loaded apps.

That changes today, however, as the Lookout team has finally added these two crucial features to the array of others that Lookout is capable of. File System Monitor keeps a watchful eye on incoming files to your SD card in real-time, so it can catch potential "infections" before they can cause any real damage.

[New Game] Crash Course 3D: ICE Is A Unique Arcade-Style Shooter That Brings 3D Gameplay To Any Device

For whatever reason, 3D technology is on the rise. Some TV's, smartphones, and even portable game systems are now shipping with some sort of 3D technology baked-in. For those who want a taste of what 3D is all about without having to shell out more cash on a new device, though, comes an interesting new game: Crash Course 3D.

CC3D is a modern take on the arcade-style shooters of yesteryear, with a couple of interesting twists. First off, the game offers a unique 3D-mode that supports anaglyph 3D glasses (red/cyan or green/magenta), so users can get a taste of what blowing things up is like with an added dimension.

Sprint's Galaxy Nexus Gets Treated To CM9 Nightlies, ClockworkMod Recovery

Despite recent reports of data connectivity issues, it looks like owners of Sprint's Galaxy Nexus have a couple of things to be excited about as we head into the new week.

First off, the CyanogenMod team has begun cooking up CM9 Nightlies for the device, offering users a nightly dose of cutting-edge, ICS-powered code.

Additionally, the Sprint-connected Nexus is now privvy to its own builds of ClockworkMod's recovery solution – both touch and otherwise.

With official CyanogenMod nightly builds and access to what is widely considered one of the most popular recovery options available, it looks like Sprint's Galaxy Nexus is already off to a great start in the modding community.

T-Mobile Galaxy SII, Sensation, Amaze Planned ICS Update Dates Leaked Along With A Few New Devices, Launch Dates

Giving T-Mo customers a few things to look forward to in the coming months, a roadmap of planned release/update dates leaked earlier today, revealing the proposed dates for several new device launches, as well as dates on which users can expect updates to Ice Cream Sandwich.

Before we take a look at the leaked screenshot, though, it's worth noting that these dates are of course subject to change, especially considering this chart wasn't meant for public viewing.

As you can see, T-Mo's Galaxy SII is looking to catch up to its global counterpart with an update to Ice Cream Sandwich on May 14th, while HTC's Amaze and Sensation 4G will be waiting till June 16th.

TGI Friday's Releases Android App, Lets Customers Pay Tabs From Their Phones

While the TGI Friday's brand might not exactly inspire awe in food critics, the fast food chain's flashy new Android app's functionality is undeniably impressive.

It has all the standard features you'd expect from an app of this sort (e.g. finding directions to a local Friday's, checking out the chain's menus, and placing orders); however, it also has one notably unique feature: the ability to pay your bill. Powered by a service called Tabbedout, Friday's app lets you create "tabs" of items you'd like to order, before paying the tab directly from your phone. By default an 18% tip is included, though this can be changed.
