The last Galaxy S4 eBay Daily Deal we posted was sold out within minutes of posting, so move quick if you're considering an unlocked Galaxy S4 - it's back on eBay Daily Deals for $740, $40 more than previously. This may not sound like a 'deal,' but most sites are still taking pre-orders for this version of the S4, and many are charging $900 or more for the device. This eBay Daily Deal gets your S4 shipped out in the next week.

This deal won't last long - so hop on it while it's still there, because it definitely won't be sticking around.

While Japanese RPGs aren't every gamer's favored time-sink, fans of the genre are constantly on the lookout for new franchises and titles to dive into. Kemco has been a steady source of older JRPGs on Android, many of them obscure PSX ports that have been translated and reworked with touch controls. The reception to most of these games has been very positive generally, so if you're at all interested in trying them out, today's the day to do it - Kemco's entire library of games are just a dollar each through April 29th.

Square Enix is kind of known for having some pretty hefty prices on its games, even those outside of the Final Fantasy franchise. For that reason, we always like to see a sale that might make the purchase a little more palatable. If you've been eyeing Demons' Score since it launched in December, now is the time to jump on it. Until April 25th, the rhythm-action game will only cost $9.99.

A $10 price tag is still a little steep compared to a typical Android game, but it is pretty reasonable for the graphic quality and level of polish Square Enix is known for.

With the Note III nowhere on the horizon (yet), there are undoubtedly those who are still tempted to give Samsung's second phablet marvel a try. For those looking to make the jump to an ample 5.5" screen, eBay has turned up today's second deal alert, with a gray 16GB Note II going for just $499.99 with free standard shipping.

image

If you're looking for a deal on the device, you likely don't need us to recount the virtues of the Note II. We could go on about the 5.5" screen, S-Pen, 2GB RAM, 8MP camera, and 1.6GHz quad-core processor, but in the interest of word economy, we won't.

Still hunting for a bargain on the Nexus 7? Adorama might have what you're looking for. The purveyor of cameras and other gadgets is offering up a new 32GB Nexus 7 (Wi-Fi) with a travel case (in grey, blue or pink) for just $229.99. That's $20.00 less than the price of a new 32GB Nexus 7 from the Play Store, plus a travel case that's $19.99 (and only available in blue) in the same.

If you're not in the crowd who suspects Google may have a refreshed slab up its sleeve come May, or still want to experience the first seven-inch Nexus to hit the scene, hit the link below.

If you happened to miss out on the chance to get last year's flagship for $380 when it hit eBay's Daily Deals site earlier this month, it's back again. While the GSIII may not be the hottest phone money can buy any more, it's still a very capable handset that will likely continue to be well supported by Samsung over the coming months (and then some).

image

The only "downside" of today's deal is that it's for the blue and black variants only – white and red are already sold out. Still, if you don't mind the limited color selection, $380 is a great deal for this handset.

It's Friday, so you know what that means: devs are knocking some dollar dollar bills off their normal app pricing in order to move more copies from the Store to your device. Also, I'd like to think they're being generous and trying to give everyone something to do over the weekend (or a good way to start killing time on a Friday).

We're looking at a fairly short list this week, with the most notable title being Real Boxing – a normally $5 title going for just a buck.

  • Real Boxing – $0.99 (80% off) Note: this one is on sale for today only!

When it comes to using a tablet as a laptop replacement, the first place anybody should look is the ASUS Transformer line. At the top of that hill stands the TF700T, reviewed here. If you happen to be in the market, Woot is offering the Transformer Pad Infinity for just $369.99 + $5 shipping. These are new units, not refurbished.

  • 10.1" Super IPS+ Display @ 1920x1200
  • nVidia Tegra 3
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 32 GB Flash storage

I know, you're wondering why a tablet released 9 months ago would still be attractive.

Riddle me this: what is better than one big honkin' external battery? Yes, two big honkin' external batteries. If you head over to Amazon right now, you can get two New Trent batteries at quite a discount. In this age of non-removable smartphone batteries, how can you lose?

All you have to do is add the New Trent iCarrier and iGeek batteries to your cart. Then use the coupon code J8F6EA63, and you'll get the $59.95 iGeek for (almost) free. The iCarrier sells for $76.95 and has a 12,000mAh capacity. The iGeek is smaller and more portable, but still packs 9,900mAh of juice.
