When trying to decide on a new device, most people spend a lot of time comparing various models. How does product X stack up against product Y? Which one offers the most bang for the buck? Which is going to stay relevant the longest? There are so many things to take into consideration - it's quite an overwhelming task.

Thankfully, Sortable.com is there to assist you in the quest for a new gadget.

When I first got my Nexus 7, I ran it naked. Not because I had no other choice, but because I wasn't interested in any of the cases that were available at the time. Then, at the Big Android BBQ, I happened to see the new Active cases from Seidio ($35-45, SeidioOnline). I really liked the Active case for the Galaxy Nexus back when I reviewed it, and Seidio's offering for the Nexus 7 looks equally as protective and comes with a nifty cover/stand.

The HTC One X+

The HTC One X+ is a lot like the original One X - if you stuck the One X in an awesome-machine and painted it murdered-out black, that is. And AT&T and Android Police are giving one away. You do want a One X that got stuck in an awesome-machine, don't you?

In the spirit of Halloween, let's give some stuff away! It's about treats after all - isn't it? And what better treat is there than free gadgets?

Since this is a Halloween giveaway, let's talk about the undead for a moment, shall we? In fact, let's get specific - let's talk about killing the undead with an assault vehicle made for mowing 'em down. Sound familiar? It should, because I'm talking about the newly released Tegra-exclusive title Zombie Driver.

If you don't listen to our podcast, here's a reason to for the next four weeks: we're giving away a bunch of tablets, courtesy of NVIDIA and Android Police. You'll have to listen to the live show to be eligible, which is every Thursday at 5PM PST (8PM EST), at www.androidpolice.com/podcast - make sure you're in the IRC chat room! We promise not to take an inordinately long amount of time to pick winners, but don't expect them to go out in the first 5 minutes, either.

For many people, cases and mounts are a part of life with a mobile device. The problem is, however, that many users aren't willing to sacrifice style for functionality. What if you could have both, though? Thanks to a new product from Rokform for the Galaxy S III, that's more possible than ever.

The Rokbed for the GSIII is Rokform's first endeavor outside the iOS world, and it looks like they hit it out of the part.
