AT&T announced NumberSync a few weeks ago, and now the first wearable device with support for the feature is ready. The Gear S2, which already launched, can now work on the same line as your smartphone thanks to NumberSync. AT&T is offering the Gear S2 for $99 on a two-year contract as well.

AT&T HTC One A9 Starts Getting OTA With December Security Updates And Camera Improvements

Beside the new Android 6.0.1 version, we saw the release of the December security updates earlier this week. Many manufacturers committed to roll these updates monthly to their devices and HTC seems to be keen on jumping to the front of the line with its near-stock One A9.

Owners of the device on AT&T should have started seeing an OTA update yesterday with the security fixes as well as camera improvements, says HTC's VP of Product Management Mo Versi.

[Update: Winner] Win An HTC One A9 From AT&T And Android Police

It's officially the Christmas season, and you know what that means: holiday meals with family, fruit cake, and terrible gifts. I mean, there are probably (hopefully?) going to be some good gifts, too, but there will almost definitely be some terrible ones. Whether it's that out-of-touch aunt who thinks you're still 12, or that one relative who always buys you something even though they know nothing about you, there will definitely be some crap gifts this holiday season. I can't wait.

This contest is now over.

The final results are listed below. If you've won, you will be contacted in the near future.

AT&T Will Raise The Price Of Its Grandfathered Unlimited Plans From $30 To $35 A Month Starting February 2016

Mentioning the words "unlimited" and "AT&T" in the same sentence around the wrong person is bound to draw out a long diatribe of grievances and outrage. I was promised unlimited, not 5GB and a middle finger. AT&T has been throttling existing customers ever since it discontinued unlimited plans in 2010. One thing it hasn't done, however, is raise the price.

Well, you can now check that off the list. AT&T will increase the price from $30 to $35 a month.

[Deal Alert] eBay Has A Refurbished AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge 64GB For Just $460 ($355 Off Retail) Plus Free Shipping

When it comes to deals on high-powered mobile hardware, good things come to those who wait. So it is with the Galaxy S6 Edge, the swankier, curvier version of Samsung's smaller 2015 flagship. At the moment an eBay seller is selling a refurbished AT&T model, which is also upgraded to 64GB of storage, for just $459.99. That's an impressive $355 off of AT&T's retail price of $814.99. They're going fast - at the moment only the black model is left in stock.

Buyers will also get free standard shipping to the United States. Those who live in Canada, most of Europe, or Australia can also buy one (the unlocked AT&T model supports most international 3G and LTE bands), but prospective customers elsewhere are mostly out of luck.

Samsung Galaxy View 18.4" Tablet With LTE Now At AT&T For $30 A Month Or $500 With A Two-Year Contract

There will be at least two ways you can part with $600 on a single Android tablet this holiday season. You can pick up the upcoming Pixel C along with a keyboard attachment, or you can get the Galaxy View from Samsung. Buyers going the latter route should be aware that this thing takes the mobile computer label very seriously. At 18.4 inches, you've basically grabbed one of those failed Android all-in-one desktops and started carrying it around under your arm.

The decision to do so is your prerogative, and AT&T is now giving you the option to buy an LTE-equipped model, just as it promised.

AT&T Announces It Will Carry Samsung's Jumbo Galaxy View Tablet Starting On Friday, With Some Big Discounts For DirecTV Customers

Samsung tablets usually get picked up by at least one or two of the big American carriers, and so it goes with the enormous 18.4-inch Galaxy View. Today AT&T announced that it will begin selling an LTE-equipped version of the tablet starting on Friday, November 20th. It will cost you $600 outright, or $30 a month for 20 months on AT&T's installment plan, or $500 if you agree to a two year service contract. (Don't do that.) But wait, there's more: that AT&T-DirecTV acquisition is about to pay some serious dividends for customers of both companies.

If you're an existing AT&T customer but you don't have DirecTV, you can sign up for a new two-year TV service agreement and buy a Galaxy View for just $100.

The LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE Is Up For Pre-Order On AT&T And Verizon, Available On November 13 And 19 Respectively

Google "surprised" us all yesterday by announcing that cellular support was coming to Android WearCue in Oooohs and Aaaaahs and gasps of jubilant shock. Having already heard about the LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE through its teaser video back in September, it was pretty much a given that Wear watches were about to learn a new trick and cut their umbilical cord tether to their phones. But understandably, Google had to make things official just in time for the release of the LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE. (I'll call it WU2LTE from now on, ain't nobody got time for that shit!)

The WU2LTE is coming to the US in the next few days, and it's already available for pre-order on both AT&T and Verizon's sites. AT&T will be selling it starting $199.99 with a two-year contract.
