Gameloft's Asphalt 8: Airbone hasn't even cooled down from its launch marketing blitz, but the developer has already moved on to its next racing game. That would be GT Racing 2, a sequel to the original GT Racing from 2011 and a more simulation-style affair, very much in line with EA's Real Racing and games like Gran Turismo. GT Racing 2 has no firm release date and few details, but Gameloft says it will come out this fall.

If the graphics in the screenshots above don't exactly get you excited, that's because this is a port of a game that first launched nearly two decades ago, and the developers haven't done much to pretty things up.

The YouTube team is hard at work stomping out the various interruptions that disrupt our binge video consumption. Their last major update to the mobile app introduced a sometimes awesome, sometimes annoying, picture-in-picture-ish feature that keeps the current video streaming while you search for the next one to play. Now the team is adding the ability to temporarily save videos for offline viewing. This way not even a power outage can come between you and those adorable cats.

Zombies are still cool, right? Even if they're not, Dead Trigger 2 could potentially tip the scales of trendiness in favor of the undead. The zombie shoot 'em up has been teased a few times, but now we've got a date. Madfinger Games will release Dead Trigger 2 on October 23 – just in time for Halloween.

The game will be optimized for Tegra 4 devices like the Shield and just announced Tegra Note devices, but any modern Android device should be able to get in on the fun.

Oh, not another physics puzzler. What is it this time? Bridge building? Water? Birds?! It's more upset birds, isn't it? No, this is something... different. Incredipede is a game with a simple premise – get the fruit and get to the exit. The way you get there is bizarre and interesting, and sometimes strangely beautiful. In each stage, the Incredipede transforms itself into a new organism to cope with the challenges presented by the level.

Last week the video demo of Dynamic Keyboard got quite a lot of attention. It shows a keyboard with bouncy keys that actually changed size in anticipation of the next letter in the word. So many keyboards strive to offer better suggestions in the bar above the keyboard, but this is an app which wants to do more with the data. Messing with the fundamentals of the keyboard is risky, though.

Google Wallet got off to a rough start. Carriers didn't want to support it for various reasons, it only worked on certain devices ... it was really just a big mess. As time passed, it didn't get much better, either. Today, however, Google is looking to change everything when it comes to Wallet. It's rolling out v2.0 of the app that brings a slew of new features, as well as making it available for basically all Android phones running Gingerbread (2.3) and higher.
