Hot on the heels of Verizon's announcement of new LTE markets, T-Mobile just sent out a PR detailing some network expansion of its own. Effective today, T-Mo has doubled the speed of its HSPA+ 4G network in eleven markets:
- Bend, Medford, and Corvallis, OR
- Benton Harbor, MI
- Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana and Springfield, IL
- Columbus, GA
- Santa Barbara, CA
- State College, PA
- Yuba City, CA
On top of the that expansion, it will also be turning on HSPA+ 21 in nine additional markets, including:
- Corvallis, OR
- Decatur and Peoria, IL
- Evansville, IN
- Holland and Kalamazoo, MI
- Santa Barbara CA
- State College, PA
- Yuba City, CA
If you're in one of the aforementioned areas, grab your phone and run a speed test - you may just be walking in a 4G wonderland.
