Iron Man 3 is coming out soon. If you haven't seen the trailers, suffice to say it's going to be awesome. It's the first Marvel movie featuring the main set of heroes after the Avengers took over the world's economy. Until it comes out, though, Gameloft wants to sate your appetite with the official Iron Man 3 game, an endless runner-style title that has fewer giant monkeys and more things going KERPLOW.

Are your nightmares set on a thin path bordered by trees? Do your thumbs reflexively swipe left or right before turning down a hallway? Do you fear flying monkeys? If you've answered 'yes' to any those questions, you might have Temple Run Syndrome. If your symptoms are not too severe, try out Catcha Catcha Aliens! for something a little different.

Players are set loose to help fend off otherworldly creatures that are causing distress for the locals.

Love 'em or hate 'em, successful franchises will keep coming back. This is especially true when they make for great movie crossovers like Temple Run: Brave and Angry Birds Star Wars. And now, the returning champion of endless runners is back with a new entry, Temple Run: Oz. This is, of course, a mash-up with Disney's new movie Oz the Great and Powerful, opening in theaters on March 8th.

If you're the gaming type, you probably didn't get much done this January. The month saw the release of plenty of addictive, time-wasting games that demanded players keep coming back to unlock one more achievement, or pick up a few more coins, or destroy just a few more blobs. If you weren't able to keep up with all of the Play Store's new entries last month, don't worry – we've once again rounded up a short list of last month's very best new games.

Bringing a much-needed update to the wildly popular Temple Run, Imangi Studios introduced Temple Run 2 to the Play Store earlier this evening. The game, which brings updated graphics, new obstacles, and player-specific powers, is essentially a refresh of the original, bringing it up to par with recent endless-runner entries like Activision's Pitfall!.

Temple Run 2, like its predecessor, provides players with a vague pretext surrounding a sacred idol. All you really need to know is that you're running from a big, scary, demon monkey, avoiding obstacles, and collecting as many coins as possible along the way.

The original Temple Run was a huge hit on Android when it came out, following an already successful splash on iOS. Now, Imangi Studios is hoping it can pull the same feat off again with Temple Run 2. The title just launched on Apple's App Store today. Don't adjust your television sets, folks. Partly because you're probably not reading this on a TV so adjusting it would be silly and partly because, yes, this is still an Android blog.

You know what games don't have enough of these days? Censored cartoon nudity. Everyone knows it's true. Particularly in the running games category. Sure, we've got secret agents, gingers escaping death, and Pixar heroines, yet all of them are decidedly clothed. Streaker! attempts to remedy this problematic conundrum. In this adventure, you're the other man fleeing the scene from a sordid affair. Did we mention this probably isn't for kids?

Yes, this is a story about a running game that was popular on iOS now arriving on Android. No, it's not that one. Or that one. This one is called Aby Escape. In this game, you play as a raccoon attempting to escape from a hunter, a cop, and...a biker? Sure, I guess they chase raccoons. Who says they can't? And just to prove it, this raccoon, Aby, is going to run like mad from all of these pursuers.

In recent months, we've hardly seen a game more hyped than Imangi's Temple Run. Couple that with the inherent excitement any time Pixar decides to release something, and it's hard not to get a little excited. Temple Run: Brave, despite it's entirely unimaginative name, places Princess Meridia as the centerpiece of this running game that seems to involve little-to-no temples.

The game doesn't have any illusions about what it is.

After countless bad copies, the official Temple Run game has finally hit the Google Play store! Like the iOS version, it's available for free and contains no adverts anywhere in the game. You can, however, make in-app purchases of coins to help you buy various items from the store as you progress. We'll cover that in a bit more detail later on, but for now, let's jump right in to the review!
