A long time ago (about three years ago, actually), at a keyboard somewhere in or around San Francisco, Android Police's first post was written. In the three years since that article, a lot has happened. We've put together a great team, and we're extremely proud of the news we post each and every day.

Real Boxing Review: A Beautiful, Clunky Mess That Delivers An Uppercut To Your Wallet

Real Boxing has garnered quite a bit of success on iOS, and with a little help from NVIDIA, it's grabbed headlines on its way to Android as well. Though the game was first spotted running on the Shield hardware, it's now available on other Tegra devices. With a title as pretty as this, it would be a shame to run it on anything less than the most advanced hardware out there - too bad we'll have to settle for a Tegra 3 for the time being.

The Conduit HD Review: Automatic Shooting Is Not Automatically Fun

The Nintendo Wii suffered throughout its life from a lack of good games. The Conduit aimed to bring a solid first-person shooter experience to that console a few years back, and now the game has been ported to Android as a Tegra exclusive. Can a Wii game from 2008 offer the kind of experience we've come to expect on Android? Let's find out.

Gameplay And Controls

In this game you play as Secret Service agent Michael Ford, who is recruited by a shadowy government agency to take out a supposed terrorist group.

NVIDIA's Tegra Team Shows Off Car Dashboards Of The Future, Running And Controlled By Android [Video]

Yesterday, Android Police was in San Jose checking out some nifty things at NVIDIA's 2013 GPU Technology Conference. At one of the events, the Tegra team showed off a few prototypes of automotive dashboards they're hoping to put into cars of the future.

The HMI (Human Machine Interaction) toolkit NVIDIA is developing, called UI Composer, is universal in the sense that it can run on top of Android, Linux, Windows RT, and probably other operating systems.

Bladeslinger Review: More Than Just A Pretty Face

Bladeslinger is one of those games that makes a splash with impressive trailers and promises of console-level gaming, but how often have we been left heartbroken by similar titles? This game sets out to tell a story, so at least it has that going for it. William Glaston is just your average cowboy with a revolver-gun and robot arm, but things get weird when he returns to his home town of Hammer's Peak to find it overrun with monsters that used to be the townsfolk.

[New Game] The Conduit HD Comes To Tegra Devices, Hoping To Prove That Mobile FPS Games Can Compete with Consoles

Back in 2008, a little game called The Conduit landed on the Wii, and plenty of gamers held it as an example that the console's non-standard control system was up to the twitchy task of first-person shooter gameplay. The Conduit HD is now available for Android as well, hoping to prove not only that the platform is viable for high-end gaming, but that the hardware is also capable of replicating console visuals.

[New Game] Real Boxing Floats Like A Butterfly, Stings Like A Tegra 3 On Google Play

Most of you will be familiar with Real Boxing after following the coverage on NVIDIA's Project Shield, in which the iOS pilgrim was heavily featured. While you'll have to wait a few more months to get a hold of NVIDIA's gaming hardware, the boxing game is available today on Google Play. $4.99 will get you what's easily one of the most graphically intensive titles on Android, though you'll need to be rocking a Tegra-powered device to see them.

[New Game] Bladeslinger Does Demonic Battle On Your Android Device, But Compatibility Is Limited

Wild West stories are alright, but you can only rob so many stagecoaches before things become boring. Developer Kerosene Games is refreshing this classic trope by adding a little horror and steampunk to the mix in Bladeslinger. This game is finally available on Android, but most devices aren't supported yet.

Bladeslinger is the masterfully-told story of general-purpose badass William Glaston. After returning to his home town of Hammer's Peak, he finds the place overrun with demons and monsters.

Do you like physics games? I sure do. Puddle THD happens to be a great game in this category if you happen to have a Tegra 3 device. The puzzle-centric fluid simulator is typically available on the Play Store for $5, but today the app has gone on sale for a measly $0.99 to celebrate its first whole year on the market. Not bad!

To get an idea of what this game is like you can either watch the video above or rely on my words.

[New Game] After Significant Delays, HyperDevbox Finally Releases ExZeus 2

Even though ExZeus 2 was announced for this summer, it’s not until this weekend that it finally came to Google Play. The reasons behind the delay of the sequel to ExZeus Arcade (which is currently rated 4.2/5) are unknown, but it’s worth noting that for now the game is only compatible with NVIDIA Tegra devices.
