Owners of T-Mobile's former flagship, the HTC Amaze 4G, have had relatively good options in this area, and they just got a little better: the CyanogenMod team has released official nightly builds of CM10.

[Tip] Is Your Sensation Having Touchscreen Issues? Here's A Potential Fix.

Shortly after the HTC Sensation was released, we covered a seemingly random issue with the touchscreen. Not all Sensation owners experienced this issue, and it's still relatively unknown what the exact cause of the problem is.

However, one of the theories formed on XDA is that it's a grounding issue on some devices. On others, though, the issue seems to be completely software related. If you can easily solve the problem by rebooting or a factory reset, then the fix outlined below will not work for you.

HTC EVO 3D And Sensation 4G Get Sticky-Temp Root

In the ever expanding quest for root access on the EVO 3D and its T-Mo cousin, the Sensation 4G, another chapter has unfolded. XDA devs have achieved sticky-temp root on both handsets, which basically means that temp root will now survive reboot. This still isn't permanent root, though, as the SU binaries are not in the default path(s), but instead an alternate location which can lead to some root apps not functioning properly.
