Protip: Use Coupon Code "VZSucks" And Get $45 Off Your Unlocked U.S. Galaxy Nexus At eTailer Negri Electronics

With a phone as highly anticipated as the Galaxy Nexus, it's understandable that people are (very, very) frustrated with the many rumored release dates passing with nothing to show and no official word, especially when stock of the phone is sitting in store rooms at retailers around the countries. Worse, many theories are that it's basically motivated by greed on the part of Verizon. No surprise, then, that even retailers are hopping on board the Verizon-sucks bandwagon:

Australian Court Lifts Ban On Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 Sales, Sammy Confirms Pricing And Promises Pre-Christmas Release

After lifting an injunction against the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 last month, Australia's High Court ruled that it would not hear Apple's application for special leave to ban the Tab once again, meaning would-be 10.1 owners in Australia have only to wait a matter of days before they can get their hands on Sammy's super sleek tablet.

Following the ruling, Samsung Australia announced that the 10.1 will be available "in time for the Christmas shopping period." The manufacturer also divulged that a 16GB WiFi-only model will be available for $579, and a 16GB 3G/WiFi version will cost a cool $729 AUD.

Word from a "trusted source" at BGR is that Samsung is set to unveil a new tablet at MWC packing an 11.6" screen at 2560x1600. That's nearly twice as many pixels as 1080p in a dinky 11.6" package; thanks to a thinner bezel, said package is only slightly larger than the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Unsurprisingly, other specs are bumped up a notch as well, with the tablet reportedly equipped with a 2GHz dual-core Exynos 5250 CPU.

The legal brief from Apple describes both what their U.S.

Prospects of purchasing a Galaxy Tab 10.1 are looking a bit better for our Australian friends, after a court today overturned the injunction leveraged against Samsung's super-thin tablet by Apple.
