In the movie 3:10 to Yuma, Ben Wade (played by Russell Crowe) said "even bad men love their mamas" right after laying trash-talking Pinkerton Byron McElroy to rest (for saying bad things about Wade's mother, of course). I think this paints a pretty true picture: everyone loves their mother; rightfully so – none of us would even be here without our mamas, after all.

And if you want to show your mom how much she means to you this Mothers' Day, there's no better way to do it than with a massive and powerful smartphone. Maybe your mom is still stuck in the old days of the flip phone, or worse – maybe she uses an old iPhone.

We knew it was happening, but now things are official. The Samsung Galaxy Note II is coming to Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. This is going to be a big deal, and not just because this phone is physically massive.

The centerpiece of the Note II is the 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD panel at 1280x720. This screen uses Wacom inductive technology so you can make use of a pressure-sensitive S Pen, which docks neatly in the body of the phone when you're not using it. Whereas the US Galaxy S III used Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4, the Note II will run Samsung's own Exynos quad-core chip.

T-Mobile got into the phablet game a little late when it released the Galaxy Note back in early August. Then, some three weeks later, all traces of the giant Samsung phone inexplicably disappeared from T-Mo's site, and third-party retailers were "out of stock." The latter incident lead us to believe one thing: T-Mobile was canning the original Note and would be getting the Note II soon after it launches in the U.S.

Now, TmoNews has gotten ahold of a screenshot that further backs up that hunch. The shot shows a Samsung device with the model number SGH-T889 running on what is said to be T-Mobile's 4G HSPA+ network.

Just two short days ago, Samsung unveiled the massive Galaxy Note 2 at IFA in Berlin. They briefly showed off some new features of the Note II, like Air View and various note-taking and image editing tweaks. Still, this left anyone who may be interested in this next-gen phablet wanting more.

And now you've got it.

Samsung just released a note-tastic 13 minute video detailing several new features of the Note II, including the video player and Gallery applications, Air View, the ability to natively record the screen, and so much more. Even if you're not into the whole oversized phone thing, it's still worth a watch just to see some of the cool technologies that Sammy built into the Note II with the S Pen.
