The Motorola lapdock for the original Atrix 4G is being blown out of the AT&T store starting today for $250 off its $300 list price. Yup, just $50 after an instant discount gets you a laptop shell with a 36Wh battery inside.
Plug your Atrix into it, and the dead frame comes alive with a desktop-grade Webtop experience (it's really a custom, though severely cut down, Linux flavor), including desktop Firefox and virtual access to your phone's screen and data while docked.
Now that the Atrix 2 is out, AT&T is likely seeing a huge drop of demand for the now obsolete OG Atrix, and nobody likes being stuck with a large stock of unsold and highly overpriced accessories of questionable value. Read More

When I first picked up my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, I didn't see any reason to pick up a Bluetooth keyboard. After all, how could a keyboard improve my tablet experience? After finally giving in and trying out Logitech's Keyboard Case, I was convinced. Bluetooth keyboards seem to make tablets infinitely more productive, and make an extremely handy accessory. The only trouble is, they seem to be rather expensive. Luckily, Best Buy has Logitech's Bluetooth Keyboard for Android 3.0+ tablets on sale for just $39.99.
Logitech's keyboard, which comes with a handy carrying case/tablet stand, is normally priced at $69.99 ($63.99 over at Amazon), making Best Buy's price quite a bargain. Read More
It's live in the Market now. Grab it before the deal is over!

Thanksgiving is over, but you know what that means - Black Friday is now officially in full effect, and we're seeing some pretty good deals, some of which are getting snatched up in mere seconds (cough, $199.99 Toshiba Thrive).
One of such BF deals is the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc X12 with AT&T 3G frequencies for $319.99. The MSRP is listed at $549.99, and the price before today was somewhere around $370, so if you're looking for a slim and sexy Android Gingerbread device without signing a contract, this phone may very well be for you.
The Arc, which we absolutely loved at CES this year, features the following:
- 1GHz Scorpion CPU (MSM8255)
- Adreno 205 GPU
- 512MB RAM
- 512MB internal storage
- 4.2" 854x480 TFT display
- 8.1MP camera with F2.4 aperture, 720p recording, and Mobile Bravia Engine technology
- full HDMI out with HDMI CEC
- Android 2.3

Amazon Wireless, one of our favorite online mobile retailers, launched its Black Friday promotions a little early this year, and boy are they good!
Did I say good? I meant absolutely incredible (though, unfortunately, only for new customers): every single phone at Amazon Wireless sold by Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Sprint is going for just 1 penny.
Yup, even such $299 monsters as the HTC Rezound 4G and the DROID RAZR, along with the Galaxy S II variants (including the Skyrocket) are all priced down to a cent above free.
97 phones in total are participating in this Penny Pincher promotion, which is scheduled to go through Cyber Monday (November 28th), giving you ample time to pick up the best cell phone deals of the year. Read More
I don't usually post Amazon Appstore apps outside of our social media accounts, but today I felt compelled. There are a few options when it comes to office replacement apps that can read and write all your docs, presentations, and spreadsheets - most of them costing over $10. I've been eyeing OfficeSuite for a while, but never really bothered to try it out.
Well, I just did because OfficeSuite Pro 5 is free at the Amazon Appstore today, and after playing with it, I have to say it's the best office app for Android I've tried so far (at least based on my first impressions). Read More
As part of a special Halloween promotion, Gameloft is offering two of its premium titles (as well as Uno) on the Android Market for a paltry $0.99 each for a "limited time." We assume this means until Halloween, but Gameloft's app descriptions don't specify.
Order And Chaos is the largest (and really only) MMORPG on Android, and with your $0.99 purchase you'll receive a free 3 month game subscription, after which you'll have to pay a monthly fee to continue accessing the game. Order And Chaos recently suffered a security breach, compromising numerous players' accounts, and the sale may be an attempt to mitigate some of the fallout from that gaff. Read More
Turns out this was just a pricing error, and Best Buy is not honoring the price. Sorry for the false alarm, everyone!
Just a few days ago, Best Buy dropped the price of the HTC Flyer to just $300, and today they've dropped it further to $100. At that price, it certainly seems like a fire sale (similar to the HP TouchPad), but at this point it's unclear what's prompting the uber-low price.
As a quick reminder, the Flyer has a 7" screen, single-core 1.5GHz CPU, front and rear cameras, an SD card slot, and 16GB of on-board storage. At the moment it merely runs Gingerbread, but HTC has long promised an update to Honeycomb (and/or hopefully Ice Cream Sandwich) sometime soon. Read More
