So, two new tablets from Archos weren't enough for you? Apparently, it wasn't for them either - enter two new products that put Android in places that we haven't really seen it before: on your radio, and on your... home phone. Yeah, it took me a moment to digest the idea of a home phone as well; I haven't used one of those in years.

With that in mind, let's take a look at the 35 Smart Home Phone first. It's basically a smartphone without cellular connectivity, offering the same features that you've come to expect from an Android phone. You'll be able to hit up the Android Market to install your favorite apps, check your email, video chat using the front facing camera, and whatever else you can think of.

Word over at Boy Genius Report is that the Samsung Moment II will be known as the Samsung Intercept. Technical details are a little scarce right now, but we do know:

  • Android 2.1 (Eclair)
  • 3.2” display (I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s AMOLED, ‘cause Samsung)
  • 4 row, slide-out keyboard
  • Wi-Fi (would guess 802.11n)
  • GPS
  • 2 Color Choices – Pink or Dark Gray

Given that Samsung doesn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to get their phones hotted-up via FroYo, I doubt they’ll update to Android 2.2 before launch. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it come shortly after launch (1-2 months), as Sprint seems to want to upgrade phones for the first few months after their release (i.e.
