There's a lot of Huawei news today, but here's some more. Android 9 Pie, baked under a thick layer of EMUI, is rolling out to the P10 and Honor 8X, according to some helpful tipsters. Reports have been trickling in over the last couple of days, but now the update seems to hitting a wider range of users.

Following a two-month beta testing period, Huawei is set to start the Oreo rollout for yesteryear's flagships, the P10 and P10 Plus. The news comes via a Facebook video from Huawei Philippines' account, informing users that the update should be ready.

Nowadays, it seems like practically every major manufacturer with Android devices releases betas for their phones, which is pretty great for the community. Huawei has already released Oreo betas for the Mate 9 and some other phones, but now it's the P10/P10 Plus's turn.

We all know that Huawei is no stranger to making great phones (take the fan favorite Nexus 6P, for example). Even at the low end of the price spectrum, the hardware is laudable. The P-series kicked off on a new foot last year with the P9 and P9 Plus, which brought great hardware and the impressive Leica cameras to the high-end smartphone business.

I have a Huawei P10 here to check out at MWC, and checking it out I have been: the newest flagship from the world's 3rd-largest smartphone vendor is here, and it's actually pretty nice.

Beside the LG G6 and Galaxy S8, one of the most leaked devices in the past couple of weeks has been the Huawei P10 (and P10 Plus), the follow-up to last year's loved and respected P9 and P9 Plus. After seeing it in small renders that showed all its potential colors then catching it in a better resolution, we now have the official device in front of us, ceramics, sandblast, colors, and all.

Huawei is expected to unveil its latest flagship smartphone, the P10, later this month at Mobile World Congress. It's not doing the best job of keeping a lid on the P10, though. The latest round of leaks have revealed a great deal about the phone, including three different color options: blue, gold, and green. Yes, green.
