Thanks to an update released today, the AT&T Pantech Discover is making the jump to Android 4.1.2. It may be two versions behind at this point, but it still gives users access to Google Now, which is perhaps the biggest advancement that Jelly Bean has to offer. Android 4.3 Coming To The Nexus 10, OG 7, 4, And Galaxy Nexus Beginning Today; Google Play Edition Devices Getting It 'Soon'

Google officially unveiled the newest version of Android this morning – Android 4.3 Jelly Bean – and of course the first question is when can I have it?! Good news for current Nexus owners: it's coming today. The current edition Nexuses – 10, 7, and 4 – along with the Galaxy Nexus (GSM is assumed here), will all begin getting the update as of today.
