  • A quick look at the quick SanDisk 64GB SDXC UHS microSD card - needs more acronyms.
  • The Logitech Z515 is like a Jambox, but bigger. Revolutionary.

Surfing the web while on the move has become a reality thanks to mobile internet over 3G or LTE. However despite yearly advancements in its technology, the reliability of mobile networks remains lackluster.

A solution to ubiquitous connectivity has come in the form of blanketing various cities with wireless hotspots. For example, in Singapore the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) have initiated the Wireless@SG program which aims to provide wireless hotspots all across the island.

Heads up, jetsetters! CNN has released an app for those of you who like to travel abroad. Specifically, those of you who travel to Asia or Australia will find the app particularly useful, but everyone who's about to leave their 20 square mile home area should take a look. The app aggregates local info, photos, and news coverage that you can filter by region.

The app, and the website for that matter, despite billing themselves as sources for "global" info and views from around "the world", seem to focus heavily on Asian stories and topics.

If there's one thing Android lovers can unite around, it's that we have the best community around. When CyanogenMod put out the call back in February asking for donations to get some new servers, the community responded enthusiastically. Now, the most popular third-party ROM developer is announcing that the servers are online and capable of building CM9 in nine minutes. Whoa.

This is where the magic happens.

The team says there's still some work to be done before these babies are cranking, but once they've set up schedulers to automate the builds, the new servers will be able to put together bleeding edge ROMs for your device faster than you can say "Holy crap, that was really friggin' fast."

For those who are curious (and aren't we all?) those are three Dell R610s in the photo of the CM servers above.

We know you don't always have time to read up on the latest Android stories every day - we can barely keep up ourselves at times. So, deep in the bowels of the Android Police test labs, we came up with a solution: bringing you all of the last week's important news in one convenient location. We call it the Android Police Week In Review - and you can also catch most of the news contained here in our weekly podcast (check it out, here).
