I don't know about you, but when I think of the holidays, my mind immediately jumps to gang violence, prostitutes and M ratings. Which is great for me, because Grand Theft Auto III (normally $4.99) and Max Payne Mobile (normally $2.99) are both on sale for just a dollar each on the Play Store right now. God bless us, everyone indeed!

If you decide to buy these games, be sure to clear out plenty of space on your device. Grand Theft Auto III is a 1GB download, and Max Payne Mobile clocks in at 1.33GB. So, grab a glass of egg nog, hop on WiFi, put on Die Hard and have yourself a merry little Christmas.

Max Payne For Android Review: Probably The Most Nostalgia $3 Can Buy

Max Payne for Android has finally arrived, marking the second classic Rockstar title to hit Android (GTA3 having been the first) officially. Let's cut to the chase: for $3, there's really no reason not to buy this game if you own a compatible tablet. Well, maybe if you just hate shooting things.

There are also quite a few compatible phones, though unless you're using an Xperia Play or Galaxy Note, I can't say I'd recommend spending the money. This was a game designed for 17" monitors and full-size televisions back in 2001, and while it scales well to 10.1", anything smaller than 5" is probably going to be frustrating to work with (that's what she said).

After Several Delays, Max Payne Mobile Is Finally Coming To Android On June 14th

Let's travel back in time together. Free your mind, and journey back with me, if you will. It's the sixth of April, two-thousand and twelve. One of the most anticipated games in recent months has just been announced: Max Payne Mobile. The crowd roars.

The game was expected to hit the Play Store on April 26th. We all waited with baited breath, but it never happened. So far as Android is concerned, everything goes dark.

Fast-forward to the present day - new information is now available regarding this illusive throwback. Rockstar posted on its blog that we should expect to see this title hit the Play Store in three days' time, on June 14th.
