GMD-Thumb

The title says it all here. GMD Air Command installs a shortcut on your Galaxy Note 3, 10.1 2014, or other compatible devices that can open Samsung's Air Command menu without you having to pull out the S pen. This is especially useful considering that some functionality, such as opening up a floating window, really doesn't need a stylus.

To sweeten things further, GMD Air Command doesn't require root to use.

Soft navigation keys are desirable in post-4.0 Android device... at least for some users. Some people love 'em (and curse the likes of Samsung and HTC every time a new flagship with hardware keys comes out) and some don't. For those who don't, Good Mood Droid (whom we've featured before) has created GMD Hide Soft Keys root. It's a root-only application that gets rid of the navigation bar in all areas of the device.

GMD, or Good Mood Droid, has been known to make some incredible – if relatively niche – apps (remember GestureControl?). Today, the developer is back with GMD Speed Time – an aptly-named tool for root users that will bring in your digital corn harvest faster than you can say "cheating device."

The app is incredibly simple – it speeds up your device's system clock, allowing you to cut the waiting time in farming (or other time-dependent games) with speeds anywhere from 2x up to 1000x normal.
