When trying to decide on a new device, most people spend a lot of time comparing various models. How does product X stack up against product Y? Which one offers the most bang for the buck? Which is going to stay relevant the longest? There are so many things to take into consideration - it's quite an overwhelming task.
Thankfully, Sortable.com is there to assist you in the quest for a new gadget.
In the spirit of Halloween, let's give some stuff away! It's about treats after all - isn't it? And what better treat is there than free gadgets?
Since this is a Halloween giveaway, let's talk about the undead for a moment, shall we? In fact, let's get specific - let's talk about killing the undead with an assault vehicle made for mowing 'em down. Sound familiar? It should, because I'm talking about the newly released Tegra-exclusive title Zombie Driver.
It's time again for another shirt giveaway and sale! Last time around we gave out five of these crowd-favorite shirts. Today, we're back with ten more! Have you heard? The fourth AnDevCon (Android Developer Conference) is happening on December 4-7 in the SF Bay area. And with more than 80 classes and workshops, this will be the biggest one yet. There will be sessions held by reps from some of the industry's leading companies, including Groupon, Intel, Facebook, and, of course, Google.
AnDevCon IV will offer one day of intensive workshops, followed by three days of technical classes. More than 1,500 software developers, engineers, and entrepreneurs from 40 nations are projected to attend and choose from 70+ classes to bring Android open source development to a high level.
For many people, cases and mounts are a part of life with a mobile device. The problem is, however, that many users aren't willing to sacrifice style for functionality. What if you could have both, though? Thanks to a new product from Rokform for the Galaxy S III, that's more possible than ever.
The Rokbed for the GSIII is Rokform's first endeavor outside the iOS world, and it looks like they hit it out of the part.
You know who loves giving stuff away as much as we do? Handy Apps. They're always down with offering up some cool gear to hand out, and today, we have a couple of 16GB Nexus 7s for two lucky readers. One of them could be you!
Photo Wall FX - Live Wallpaper
So, what's the occasion? The release of their new app Photo Wall FX! PWFX is a neat take on the live wallpaper.

Do you like portable speakers? Do you like free things? Then have we got a mashup for you - because Android Police and Braven are giving away two of the awesome Braven 600 portable Bluetooth speakers. I loved the 600 when I reviewed it. It's solidly put together, and the sound it produces definitely belies its price tag.
Smartphones are the new portable gaming systems. And MP3 players, point & shoot cameras, calendars, on-the-go email machines, and social networking devices. Simply put, smartphones work hard for us. As a result, the battery drains quickly. Oftentimes too quickly.
That's why Seidio is offering up three 3,500mAh extended batteries and three desktop charging cradles for the Galaxy S III to three lucky readers.
As stated above, we have some battery/charging cradle combos to give away.
It's that time of year again - time for the annual Apps World in Europe (there's also an American event, but that's not until February 2013). And, just like last year, we've a couple of tickets to give away. Why? Because we're awesome and love to give away free stuff. That's why.
This giveaway is for the event only. You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging, and any other associated expenses.
So, the long awaited title from Phosphor Games Horn is now available in the Play Store. It's an epic tale of a young boy who awakes to find himself in a Pylon-laden world. It's his job to destroy the beasts and turn them back into their former (human) selves. And it's awesome. Don't take my word for it though - check out our full review right here.
Horn has also been optimized for Tegra 3 devices, which really brings the environments and characters to life.
