The past week has been absolutely overrun with deals, due in no small part to the arrival of Amazon's annual Prime Day. While that's obviously been great for Prime members, there have also been a nice assortment of offers targeting the rest of us, as companies go after shoppers who weren't able to take advantage of Amazon's festivities. Here are some of our favorite deals from the past few days, ones that are both still available and aren't exclusive to Prime users.
The Samsung Gear 360 started dropping in price just a month after it became available, and that trend hasn't stopped since. For Prime Day, it's dropped all the way to , which is the all-time lowest price we've seen by over $20.$92 for this thing is a fantastic price. It comes with its own handle instead of a tripod base. Two 8.4MP CMOS fisheye lenses work together to create 15MP photos and 4K videos at 24fps. IP53 water resistance is on board as well. It can be used with PC software, but you'll probably want a Samsung phone to use it with.We don't expect this offer to last long, so jump on it quickly if you're interested via the source link below.Source: Amazon
Phones these days have replaced many of the most commonly used portable appliances from the late 20th century. It's pretty incredible how something that's small enough to fit in your pocket has, for the most part, replaced cameras, camcorders, radios, paper maps, GPS devices, voice recorders, newspapers, credit cards — really, the list just goes on and on. However, 360-degree video cameras are not on that list, so if you aspire to shoot some quality 360-degree video, you'll need to purchase a separate device. Fortunately, Samsung's Gear 360 camera (the 2017 edition) is on sale on Amazon right now for just $115.00, which is half-off its current price on Samsung.com.We'd previously posted the Gear 360 when it was $135.45, but this is lowest price we've seen yet. There are also some third-party sellers on Amazon who are offering the camera for slightly less, so there are a couple bucks more to be saved if you order through them. The cheapest option is $105 plus shipping, but the seller only has a 69% positive feedback rating, so you might want to steer clear. The second cheapest choice comes from a more reliable seller and only costs $112.99 with shipping included.
A GoPro is great if you want to record some action shots in wide-angle, but what about when a fisheye lens isn't wide enough? If you want to record your entire surroundings while barreling down the ski slopes, anything less than a 360-degree view just doesn't cut it. Sure, you could jerry-rig 6 GoPros together onto a twelve-hundred-dollar mount, but what if you want to spend a little less than three grand?Fortunately, Samsung's 2017 edition of the Gear 360 is on sale right now for just 5.45 on Amazon — over 40% off its initial retail price. This price is the lowest we've seen yet: it was on sale for $150 back in December, which was already cheaper than the $163 price for Black Friday. The 2017 version of the Samsung Gear 360 is a handheld 360-degree camera comprised of two 8.4MP CMOS fisheye lenses, and can shoot 15MP photos and 4K video at up to 24fps. It's also IP53 water-resistant, so it can probably handle a few splashes of water here and there.Via: The WirecutterSource: Amazon
360-degree videos still can't be considered popular, but they've been becoming more widespread over the past few years. If you'd like to be at the forefront of the 360-degree video charge, Amazon is now offering the 2017 edition of the Gear 360 for just 9.99 - a solid $80 off the MSRP.This newest version of the Gear 360 sports a handle instead of a tripod base, a pair of 8.4MP CMOS fisheye lenses, capable of 15MP photos and 4K video at 24fps. It's also IP53 water-resistant. Even though it's compatible with PC software, you'll probably want a Samsung phone to use this with.$149.99 is cheaper than the price of $162.90 we saw on Black Friday, making it the lowest price we've ever seen. Hit the source link below to grab one of your very own.Source: Amazon
Samsung flagships aren't cheap, so some of you might have been waiting for Black Friday to score a deal on one of them. We're seeing discounts of $150 and up on the Galaxy Note8, S8+, and S8, as well as a healthy $67 discount on the Gear 360 (2017 Edition) at multiple retailers.

The first-generation Gear 360 camera may not be the newest kid on the block anymore (the new model will be called the 360 Round, and it'll be announced at IFA), but it still gets that 360-degree image/video job done. Plus, it's now available for just $89.10, the new lowest price we've seen, on Amazon. That's a full $10.89 lower than the last time we posted about a Gear 360 deal.Getting the job done are two 180-degree wide-angle lenses, which work together to produce 360-degree content. It's capable of 30MP pictures and 3840x1920 video. And since it's IP53 certified against water and dust immersion, it's also pretty rugged. Samsung says that it's only compatible with recent flagships from the Korean company, but there are modified APKs out there that will allow you to use it with other devices. If you're interested, feel free to purchase one from the source link below. Interestingly, it appears that Amazon has begun to run a "free snack when you spend " promotion that gets you a bag of trail mix free of charge. Get your cheap 360 (and free snack) soon if you want one, as we're not sure how long this deal will last.
Samsung's second 360-degree camera, the 2017 Gear 360, was released alongside the Galaxy S8. Naturally, the price for the original model started to drop from its $349 MSRP. Now you can get it for just $99 on Amazon, the lowest price we've seen yet.The original Gear 360 has two wide-angle F/2.0 lenses on each side, which work together to create mostly-seamless 360-degree video and photos. It can record video at 3840x1920, which is a little low for 360-degree video, but it should be good enough for most use cases. There is plenty of sample footage on YouTube if you want to decide for yourself. The major downside to the Gear 360 is that the official app only works with select Samsung phones. For other devices, you can try installing a modded APK, or just record straight to a microSD card and look at the footage later.Source: Amazon
Though the first-generation Samsung Gear 360 may no longer be the newest thing on the block (the second-gen model debuted in March), it's still a decent offering, and it's really not that old. It becomes even more enticing when you consider its current sale price of $109.99 on Amazon, which is a mere shadow of its original $349.99 MSRP. There have been deals on the Gear 360 before, but this is the lowest price we've ever seen. The first-generation Gear 360 features two 180-degree wide-angle lenses, which come together to make 360-degree images and video. It can take 30MP pictures, as well as 3840x1920 video. It's also IP53 water and dust resistant, so you don't have to worry too much about getting it wet. It's only officially compatible with some recent Samsung flagships, such as the Galaxy S7 and Note5, but there are many modified APKs that will enable use with other devices. If you're interested, click the source link below. Again, $109.99 is the lowest price we've ever seen for this particular camera. You'll get free one-day shipping if you're an Amazon Prime member. We're not sure how long this deal will last for, so don't wait too long if you want one.Source: Amazon
The Samsung Gear 360, released in the United States in August of last year, was the company's first entry into the 360-degree camera market. A new model was unveiled alongside the Galaxy S8, and as we've seen over the past few months, the price of the original version has continued to fall. Now the first Gear 360 is just $140 on Amazon, the lowest we've seen it at.This version has two wide-angle F.20 lenses on each side, which come together to create photos and video. You can record at up to 3840x1920, which is a little low for a 360-degree camera, but you can take a peek at some sample footage to judge for yourself. The camera is also IP53-rated for dust and splash resistance. The only major downside to this camera is compatibility. Officially, it only works with select Samsung phones (S6, S7, S8, Note5, etc), but there are various modded APKs for use with other Android devices (your mileage may vary). You can find the camera at the source link below.Source: Amazon

Back in March, Samsung revealed the second-generation Gear 360 camera alongside the Galaxy S8. The new design did away with the tripod mount in favor of a non-moving grip handle, and it could record video at a higher resolution than the old model. Now you can get it for $209.46 on Amazon, a drop of $20.53 from the original price.
Samsung's first 360-degree camera, the fittingly-named Gear 360, was released in the United States in August of last year. A new model was announced alongside the Galaxy S8, and as such, prices on the original have been steadily dropping. Now you can get the 1st gen Gear 360 for $144.99 on Amazon, as long as you have Amazon Prime. This model has two wide-angle F.20 lenses on each side to stitch together 360-degree photos and video, and records at 3840x1920. That resolution is a little low for 360-degree video, but it should be good enough for most cases, especially at this price. There's plenty of sample footage on YouTube if you want to see for yourself. Finally, the Gear 360 is IP53-rated for dust and splash resistance. The major downside to this camera is compatibility; the official Gear 360 app only works with select Samsung phones. There are various modded APKs available for using the camera with other devices, but your mileage may vary.Source: Amazon
Summer time is almost here and if you're planning a trip or vacation somewhere, or if you have a couple of months full of activities and fun, then you're probably looking at grabbing a new camera. Action cams are awesome, but what if you're not the super adventurous kind and you just want to capture the moment in a unique way? Then you might be looking at 360 cams. And today we've got a deal on one of them. The Samsung Gear 360, the first generation one and not the just-announced 4K 2017 version (which is 5.88 on Amazon), is down to $168.55 on Amazon. That's its lowest price yet (check price history) and $20 less than the last time we spotted it on sale. It's more than 50% off MSRP, but the Gear 360 hasn't been sold at its original MSRP for a long time. The Gear 360 has two wide-angle F2.0 lenses on each side and can capture 180 wide-angle photos and videos as well as complete 360-degree photos (25.9MP) and videos (3840x1920). It's IP53-rated for dust and splash resistance too. But its major downside is that the Gear 360 app may not be compatible with all phones, so make sure you can install that on your device before purchasing it.We're not sure how long the deal is valid for, but the price has been free-falling lately (probably due to the release of the new 4K 2017 version) so your odds are high that you'll be able to grab it at a nice discount. Shipping is free with Amazon and the link to buy can be found right below.
Back in March, Samsung announced the successor to its popular Gear 360 action camera. The GoPro competitor won many fans with its ability to record video in 360 degrees via two fisheye lenses. The 2nd generation version promises more of the same, but with 4K video recording plus a smaller, lighter frame. Samsung has now released the device in the US and it's available for $229.The original Gear 360 was hamstrung somewhat by the fact that it could only be used in conjunction with a Samsung Galaxy phone, and this new model seems to carry mostly the same limitations. Curiously, the camera will be compatible with some iOS devices, but it still won't work with any other Android phones. The new companion app surfaced last month, for anyone who wants to download it in advance. It will allow you to operate the camera remotely, as well as edit and share the videos it creates.Samsung also brought attention to an interesting deal for Galaxy S8 and S8+ owners. Anyone who purchased either phone between May 25 and June 19 will be able to grab a new Gear 360 for a special price of $49. Considering the list price of $229, that's an impressive $180 saving. It will be a limited time offer while stocks last so you'll need to get in quick. As of today, you'll be able to pick up the Gear 360 from the following stores and sites: Best Buy and BestBuy.com, Amazon.com, Adorama, B&H, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and U.S. Cellular, Samsung.com and through the ShopSamsung app.[EMBED_YT]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXAZLLnmF5U[/EMBED_YT]Source: Samsung
Alongside the introduction of the Galaxy S8, Samsung showed off its new Gear 360 camera. Like last year's model, it has two fish-eye lenses to capture 360-degree video. Now the app has showed up on the Play Store, and we have the APK.
Samsung's Gear 360 from last year was a pretty neat little camera. Like many similar products, it recorded 360-degree video with two fish-eye lenses. But it had a few faults - it only officially worked with Galaxy phones, and it was fairly expensive at $350. Alongside the Galaxy S8, Samsung revealed a new model of the Gear 360.
Samsung's first action camera, the Gear 360, was announced back in February of last year and released in August. The camera's main selling point is its two fish-eye lenses, capable of recording 360-degree video. Now you can get the Gear 360 for just $189.99 - the lowest price we've seen for it.
The great thing about 360 cameras is they can capture a moment in time from literally all angles, seeing as they're 360°. If you like the sound of that, take a look at this: Samsung's dust and water resistant Gear 360 is currently down to $225.99 on Amazon, which equates to $125 off the launch price of $350.This is probably because 360 cameras are seen as a bit niche by most of the population. It is true that not everyone needs one; the simple fact of the matter is that not everybody has to take a photo in 360°. However, everyone should want one, and that's the point here - they're such a cool item to have in your technology inventory. As the price previously lowered to $273, then $260, it is looking like Samsung is dropping the cost until it can find a low enough price point where people will buy one, instead of saying "ooh, that looks cool," and then moving on. The Gear 360 produces 30 megapixel images from two 180° cameras, which take two images simultaneously and stitch them both together. Video, meanwhile, is almost 4K - 3840x1920, to be exact. The deal is available on Amazon, so if you're interested, hit up the source link. If you're planning on buying one, though, make sure you take a look from all angles.Source: Amazon

- The prices on Amazon and at Walmart both dropped to below $260.
360 cameras are awesome. I love my LG 360 Cam and find it is perfect for encapsulating a moment in time into one shot and letting you sort of travel back in time and immerse yourself in everything around you during the second the picture or video was taken. If you haven't bought a 360 camera yet and you're wondering what the fuss is about, there's a nice deal on Samsung's Gear 360 today at several retailers dropping the price down to around $273 from its original MSRP of $350.The Gear 360 has dual 15MP f/2.0 fisheye lenses for 3840 x 1920 360-degree (horizontally and vertically) videos and 30MP still images. You can also take pics and videos with just one of the cameras if you're more interested in shooting one direction. The cam is IP53 rated for some water, splash, and dust resistance. It comes with a built-in tripod and the resulting images are compatible with Google Street View, but unfortunately the Gear 360 Manager app only works on Samsung's high-end devices so you can't install it on other manufacturers' phones. If that doesn't deter you from getting the Gear 360, the only hurdle in your way is choosing a retailer to buy from. Here are the ones we've seen it discounted at:
360-degree video is So Hot Right Now. Between the launch of Daydream, expanded support in apps like YouTube, and a continuing interest in headsets like Gear VR and the Oculus Rift, video creators wouldn't be unwise to dip a toe into this particular pool. (If only wearables had stayed so hot.) Samsung's consumer-grade 360-degree camera, creatively called the Gear 360, is currently on sale for $50 off at Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo. That brings the price down to $299.99.
