The waiting game for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has been going on for several months now, but signs that the release is quickly approaching just keep pouring in. The latest of the bunch is probably the best yet, as it leaves basically nothing uncovered.
Korean blog The Brave Post got its hands on what appears to be a retail version of the device, unboxed it, and took a slew of pictures along the way. Read More
Earlier this week, Korean publication Digital Daily spread a few rumors of an upcoming Samsung event said to be happening in August where the company may unveil the Galaxy Note 2.
Guess what? We just got a save the date for a Samsung event on August 15th where Samsung will be "unveiling of the newest GALAXY device." It could be the Galaxy Note 2 - or perhaps the U.S. announcement of the Galaxy Note 10.1. Read More
Update: We've heard from Samsung that this page was put up by Amazon by mistake (aka, it was set to auto-publish), and has since been taken down. If you submitted an order, it'll likely be refunded in a short time, if it hasn't already. We can still take something from this, though - the Note 10.1 is coming soon (probably next month), and it'll likely be $550 for the 32GB version. Read More
When we got our first look at Samsung's Note 10.1 with S-Pen at Mobile World Congress back in February, it was packing a 1.4GHz (presumably Exynos) dual-core processor and oversized S-Pen. Those familiar with the original Galaxy Note will remember that it features a convenient slot to house the S-Pen, ensuring that the stylus would always stick with the device, thereby encouraging users to, well, use it. Read More
I bet you thought that when Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab 10.1 2, that the company was finished unveiling 10.1" tablets for the week. Not so! Today Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 10.1, a full-size tablet packed with the Galaxy Note's trademark S Pen. Oh, and did we mention that the tablet comes pre-loaded with Adobe Photoshop Touch and Adobe Ideas? Yeah. It's actually pretty cool.
While the Galaxy Note has had its fair share of critics, the supersized phablet has also gotten some pretty glowing reviews. Read More
Rumors are flying left and right on the internet this morning about a potentially new tablet called the Galaxy Note 10.1 accidentally outed by Samsung in an invitation to its 'Developer Day' at Mobile World Congress. The Note moniker clearly suggests one feature that Sammy itself has already hinted at: the S-Pen.
It was my initial reaction to write this off as a simple typo, but thanks to a bit of investigative work by The Verge, it appears that this device may indeed be legitimate. Read More
