This just in from Google I/O: A system dump of Jelly Bean from a GSM Galaxy Nexus. You can run over to RootzWiki right now and grab yourself a copy.

Somewhere, deep in this zip file, are all the goodies we saw today at I/O. Expect bits from this to be chopped, ported, and crammed into existing devices shortly.

I'm going to get cracking on an emulator setup for a Jelly Bean edition of Getting To Know Android.

Well, we now have yet another reason to envy Google I/O attendees - a signed copy of the official Jelly Bean build has just been released on the 'nets, but it seems to only be working on the 'takju' (GSM) Galaxy Nexuses given out at I/O 2012 (or at least those GNs with the IMM30D firmware).

You can grab it for yourself right here, if you're interested in what's inside the 156MB ZIP.

You thought that the liveblog was the only place news was happening? You thought wrong! Google has quietly updated the Play Store listing for the Galaxy Nexus GSM with a new, slightly lower price: $349. Remember, this is unlocked, off-contract pricing. The new listing page also shows the device running Jelly Bean which Google has promised will come to the Galaxy Nexus by mid July.

The Galaxy Nexus is still one of the best Android devices on the market right now.

Google's let a bit of info slip a little early via the Play Store. When purchasing a Galaxy Nexus via the site, while checking out, the device is listed on your order as "Galaxy Nexus HSPA+ - The latest smartphone from Google, soon the first phone with Android 4.1 Jell..." This marks the first time the name Jelly Bean, and the version number 4.1 has been referenced publicly.

More interesting than that, however, is that the listing specifically says that the HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus from the Play Store is "soon the first phone" running the new OS.

If you're still looking to get your hands on a Sprint-branded Galaxy Nexus, Amazon has a deal for you – Amazon Wireless is offering the Galaxy Nexus right now for $49.99 if you open a new account. This is a great discount, cutting a full $100 off the last deal we saw.

It's worth noting that customers looking to activate a new line or upgrade an existing line can expect to pay $99.99 or $149.99 respectively for the Now Network's debut LTE device.

Google has just published the fully flashable image for the 4.0.4 update to the Verizon Galaxy Nexus (mysid). This allows users who either have been unable to receive the OTA due to using a custom ROM, or simply haven't updated, to flash their devices with a complete OS image, as opposed to using an incremental update file.

This will erase all of your data, so if you do flash it, be sure to back up your stuff.

eBay's Daily Deals is once again proving its capacity for awesome - by offering the GSM unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus for just $370. And as far as I can tell, at least in California, you won't even have to cough up sales tax - making this an even better deal than Google's $400 (which totals out at $440 with tax and shipping for CA).

So, you might want to get on that.

Update 5/31/12: Verizon is pushing out this 4.0.4 update to devices now.

Galaxy Nexus LTE owners, listen up: the day you all have been waiting on is finally coming. Yes, I'm talking about the update to Android 4.0.4.

Verizon just pushed details of the update to the GN's support page, which means that the update is imminent. Aside from .4, the update also brings a handful of enhancements:

After surprising (and delighting) users by selling the acclaimed Galaxy Nexus directly from the Play Store (at a substantially reduced price), Google has upped the ante, offering a trio of handy Samsung-branded Nexus accessories for purchase starting today.

For now, customers can choose from Samsung's slick Vehicle Dock ($54.00) which includes a car charger, the HDMI Portrait Desktop Dock ($49.00), or the Desktop Dock ($54.00) with pogo pin connectors and a 3.5mm audio jack.
