Looks like someone may have dropped the ball over at Newegg, judging by one of the banner slides on the main page:
Do you see what we see? The Galaxy Nexus, now with 800MHz moar processor! It's clearly a typo, but it's pretty lulz all the same. Fortunately, the actual cell phone landing page has the correct specs, so hopefully no one out there will be picking up the good old GN thinking they're going to be clocking the fastest speeds known to man in a mobile device.

A rumor has begun circulating over the past week about the possible existence of an upgraded version of the just-released Galaxy Nexus. At CES, ASUS announced the TF700T, a beefier version of the Transformer Prime (well before the first Transformer Prime has even been released in many countries), leaving a lot of people who bought the first iteration a bit upset. Are Google and Samsung following ASUS's lead and planning on releasing an incremental upgrade to the Galaxy Nexus so soon?

If you're in love with the Galaxy Nexus, but also have an affinity for hockey, maple syrup, and carriers not named Bell, Virgin Mobile, or Telus, then you've been left out in the cold. Don't worry, though. The winter of your discontent is about to come to an end. The Galaxy Nexus will be landing on Canadian carrier WIND on February 3rd. If you opt for the carrier's WINDtab+ program, you can grab the nexus for just $249. Choosing to participate in the regular WINDtab program will bump the price tag up to $499, and those looking to buy the phone outright will need a cool $599.
The official sign-up page for the Sprint Galaxy Nexus has gone public on the Google Nexus site (see second bullet), as tipped by an Android Central forum reader DaEXfactoR. Outside of this random Google+ mention from Jan 17th, this seems to be the only reference to the sign-up page on the web, so chances are you haven't seen it yet.
Either way, if you're looking for information on how to rock the first and best ICS phone on an unlimited data plan without grandfathering (or so we hope), you'll want to go sign up posthaste. Or, you know, just follow Android Police.

Looks like last week's leaked Sprint ad for the Galaxy Nexus was right on the money - The Now Network just officially announced the GN as one of its first 4G LTE devices, alongside the LG Viper.
Even though Sprint has decided to make the GN official, there is still one immediate question looming about: what is the clock speed? Truth be known - we still don't know. The press release is void of any hardware specs, so we'll just have to wait and see if the processor is running at a full 1.5GHz as previously rumored.
Update: When asked about the processor speed in Sprint's Nexus, this is what Sammy had to say:

While Canadian carriers Virgin and Bell have had Google's newest flagship phone gracing their shelves since December 8th of last year (that makes it sound so long ago, doesn't it?), competitors Rogers and Telus are finally getting their piece of the Nexus pie on January 13th.

There is no word on pricing at this point, but the competition launched the device for around CA$160 on a three-year agreement, so we expect the above mentioned duo to come out of the gate with similar pricing.
There's no doubt that white phones are (generally) sexy. We know this, and it seems that manufacturers are starting to catch on as well. HTC has a few white phones available, and Samsung has already pushed out a couple of white variations of the GSII on T-Mobile and AT&T. Looks like Sprint's GSII, the Epic 4G Touch, is now getting the snow-capped makeover that we heard about a few weeks ago, and will be available on January 8th for $200 with a two-year agreement.
The E4GT isn't the only Sammy device getting a makeover, either. Word on the street is that an all-white Galaxy Nexus is coming to the UK at the end of February, though we have yet to see any pictures of this potentially beautiful device.

Well, it looks like someone doing ad-serving for CNET pulled the trigger a little early. If you head over to this CNET page (it may be taken down soon, in fact, it almost certainly will) you'll see an ad for the Sprint Galaxy Nexus, the first 4G LTE phone to hit Sprint's upcoming LTE network. Whoops. It looks 100% legit, and it looks like Sprint is planning on getting it out pretty quick judging by the advertisement:
The people with the big leather chairs and power-ties at Sprint are likely going to be upset about this.
