When the Axon 7 launched in China in late May, a more powerful version with a pressure-sensitive display debuted alongside it. That version was only available in China - until now. ZTE has just announced the improved Axon 7 that China has had all along for the US market, and it costs $100 more than the standard model.
Yesterday, we got an eyeful of NVIDIA's new Tegra 4 and Tegra 4i, along with the Phoenix, NVIDIA's nifty reference device. The benchmarks were quite impressive compared to current-generation processors, but all we got to see in terms of gaming performance was a brief demo of Real Boxing.
In a video posted today to NVIDIA's YouTube channel, the chip maker shows off a "Tegra 4 enhanced Zombie Driver," side by side with the same game running on a "non-Tegra 4" device. Baldur's Gate, known throughout the gaming world for helping to revive the computer RPG genre, is making its way to Android. Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition will be available on the Play Store for $9.99 and will include all of the original content including Baldur's Gate and the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion, as well as some brand new, never-before-seen goodies.
