The 2013 Nexus 7 is still technically the current-gen Nexus tablet from Google. It's for sale in the Play Store and there are a ton of accessories for it. Sure, it's getting a little old, but you can pick one up for a mere $159.99 on eBay right now.

eBay has rolled out an update to its Android app that gives the UI a spiffy touch up. Pictures are bigger, there's more white space, and animations are smooth. I'd tell you the update makes everything look better, but that's for you to decide.

Update: Various commenters and tipsters tell us that the D855 model isn't working on AT&T's LTE network, despite the technical support for the 700Mhz frequency. It's either a band incompatibility or a software lockout. So AT&T users, skip this deal unless you're OK with no LTE support at all.

LG's G3 is among the best Android phones available at the moment, though whether it stands above the rest is a topic for heated comment section debate.

If you just don't want to wait to see what Google has in store for the next Nexus phone, then there's a good deal over on eBay right now for the Nexus 5. For just $315, you can grab a 16GB N5. No shipping, and no sales tax as long as you're outside of New Jersey. Not a bad deal, really.

Looks like there's a "limited quantity" available, so you should jump on it now if you plan on buying.

The better part of a year has passed since the launch of the Nexus 5, but deals are popping up on eBay as regularly as ever. This time we're looking at the 32GB option available in black or white for $379. That may sound only marginally cheaper than the $399 the phone goes for in the Play Store, but when you factor in the free shipping and the lack of sales tax everywhere except in New York, you are looking at saving at least $50.

Man, eBay just loves those Nexus deals. The latest is for a new 16GB Nexus 5, not refurbished or restocked, for $324.99 ($25 off the Play Store price). With the free shipping available from this seller and no sales tax charged for buyers outside the state of New Jersey, it's approximately $80 cheaper, plus or minus a few dollars depending on location. Note that this is the standard D820 model. If you haven't picked up a Nexus 5 yet, this is the best price we've seen in a while.

When Sammy's Tab Pro/Note Pro line debuted, the Android masses alternately laughed and fumed at their over-the-top pricing. Thank goodness for market correction: nearly all the models in the series have seen significant discounts from the usual suspects, and today the 12.2-inch Galaxy Tab Pro gets another go-round on eBay. A refurbished version of the 32GB tablet can be yours for $347.99, a full $300 off the MSRP and almost $200 cheaper than Amazon's current price.

Update 8/18/14: The deal that quickly sold out last time is back.

A 16GB Nexus 7 might leave you tight on space, especially if you plan on playing multiple games on it, but at $129.99 this restriction can be overlooked. The tablet is again available at this remarkable price on eBay Daily Deals, and while it's a refurbished model, beggars can't be choosers when we're talking $100 off.

To make the tablet even more affordable, shipping is free.

We've grown accustomed to seeing a new Nexus phone launch each year, and it looks like 2014 may not disappoint. But if the rumored Shamu device does end up with a 5.9" display, that will leave plenty of Nexus fans with a reason to stick with the Nexus 5. It's smaller, and as the deals continue to roll in, it will be cheaper too. Today we see the phone on eBay for $329.99.
