There's bad news for those of you who were hoping to play Bioware's classic PC dungeon crawler Baldur's Gate on your tablets. The Enhanced Edition has been removed from Apple's iOS App Store, making new purchases impossible. That doesn't mean a lot for Android gamers, but the reasons behind this move have implications for the Android launch. According to the official game website, the publisher insisted that the game be pulled based on a "contractual issue." Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition for Android is now on hold.
Dungeon crawlers are getting a surprising revival on mobile platforms, and Triniti Interactive has just thrown their surprisingly blocky hat in the ring. Tiny Legends: Heroes is the second entry in their Legends series. This one is focused on strategically managing multiple characters at once (a la Battleheart, among many others) and keeps the distinctive, quasi-retro art style that's help made their other games so popular.

The latest Android entry in the storied genre is Dungeon Quest, a solid loot-fest that's still in beta. Though there's only one class (mage,) the randomized levels and equipment should please click-happy Diablo fans all over. 100 levels and 5 difficulty settings should will keep things interesting, and the happy-go-lucky graphics don't hurt, either.
