Believe it or not, there are some people who bought the G Flex on Sprint for $300 on-contract. Those people will finally have something to be happy about today with the news that Sprint is rolling out KitKat to the curvy device starting today (4/28).
The Droid DNA was the last device of its generation before HTC shook things up with the One (M7) in 2013. Also known as the Butterfly, the DNA launched with Android 4.1 and was later updated to 4.2. Owners have been clamoring for a taste of that sweet KitKat, and now it's almost here – HTC is starting the OTA push on April 24th.
Verizon takes its time getting updates out to devices, but today is finally the big day for owners of the LG G2 on Big Red. The OTA (version VS98024A) has started rolling out to devices, but don't get too excited just yet – Verizon is pushing the update in phases.

The newest update for the Ouya game console has been made available, and it's a big one. This time the cryptozoological mascot is the infamous goat-sucker itself, the Chupacabra. It's more than a name, though. This is a notable update that addresses some of the concerns users have had about the device since launch.
Update: Build KTU84F will hit devices between today and April 21st. Sprint hasn't fixed the typo on its support page, but the forum post has the build right.
What a day for an OTA – specifically, Android 4.4.3 for the Nexus 5. Sprint has updated its support page to indicate KTU84F is dropping today, which we understand to be the rumored 4.4.3 release. There is a Sprint-specific tweak in this update, but the software should also be hitting N5s that aren't connected to the Sprint network at the same time.
Sony's latest and greatest is getting a little bit better today as an update for the Xperia Z2 begins making its way out to devices. The Z2 was already on Android 4.4 KitKat, so there's no change on that front. The update (version 17.1.A.2.55) does include a number of notable tweaks and improvements, though.
Well, that didn't take long. After getting word yesterday that the update was ready, Ma Bell has started rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat to the HTC One Mini. Along with 4.4.2, the update includes HTC Sense 5.5 with all the OEM-specific tweaks you'd expect.
