If you walk into AT&T right now to buy the HTC One X and sign a new agreement, you'll not only be overrun by people trying to get the new iPhone, but pay $100 for it. Here's a better idea: stay home, head over to Amazon Wireless, and get the same phone for just $20 (if you're opening a new AT&T account). You'll avoid the crowd, standing in line, and having to listen to some salesman tell you to buy some other phone that's not nearly as good. Read More
The DROID RAZR M just landed on Verizon yesterday for $99. A little while later, it dropped to $80 on Wirefly. Now, you can get both the white and black versions from Amazon Wireless for just $50 with a new two-year agreement (proof that you should never order anything directly from the carrier, especially on launch day). If you're already a Verizon customer, you can still get this solid mid-ranger for $70, which is $10 cheaper than anywhere else. Read More
If you haven't already bought a Nexus 7, you're missing out. It's easily the best Android tablet on the market, bar none. For today only, you can score a 16GB Nexus 7 with official case and free shipping for $250. While the price isn't any different than the 16GB version directly from the Play Store, at least you're getting some freebies out of the deal - roughly a $30(ish) value.
One notable thing about this deal is that you have the choice of either a gray or blue case, the latter of which hasn't even arrived in the Play Store yet. Read More

The RAZR M was certainly one of the more interesting phones Motorola announced last week, even if it did come with a disappointing definition of "edge-to-edge." Today, the phone launched on Verizon Wireless, but if you're already looking to score a discount, Wirefly has both the black and white versions available for $79.99 with a new two-year contract, or for upgrading customers.
Keep an eye out for Ron's review of the RAZR M later today. Read More
The slew of deals coming out today just isn't stopping. Update 8/29/12: The deal is back (Amazon Wireless, Wirefly), though only until August 30th (tomorrow). Remember, you'll need to activate a new line of service and subscribe to the Share Everything plan to get the $40 bill credit.
Original article from May 2012 follows.
Verizon, looking to sweeten the deal for anyone ready to grab a new 4G smartphone, has begun a promotion that offers customers a $40 bill credit when buying a new 4G LTE smartphone from either Amazon Wireless or Wirefly.com. Read More
One of the most appealing aspects of owning a tablet from ASUS' Transformer line is the optional keyboard dock. It turns the tablet into an Android-powered netbook of sorts, making note taking, replying to emails, and other general productivity-based things much easier. The included battery also boosts usable time by up to four+ hours on most models, making the dock even more useful.
The main problem with the keyboard accessory, however, is the price tag; after spending $400+ on a new tablet, many users don't want to shell out the extra $150 to add the dock. Read More
Today, the folks behind the immensely popular Humble Bundle announced a few new games for the third edition of its Android package deal. Despite the fact that we're pretty sure to see the unveiling of Samsung's Galaxy Note 2 at IFA this year, there are undoubtedly still some folks out there still looking to get their hands on the original. We haven't seen a deal this good on the AT&T Note since way back in February, meaning those still waiting for a discount would be well advised to check this out. Read More
