Smack in the middle of the holiday season, Gameloft has cut prices on just about all of its paid games in a "Holiday Frenzy." If you've got a couple dollars to spare and some time to kill, Gameloft likely has something you'll enjoy, slicing prices on everything from The Adventures of Tin Tin to Wild Blood down to a mere $0.99. Conspicuously absent from the sale is Modern Combat 4, but the 12 other deals make up for its exclusion (though this writer posits that the game may just be worth its $6.99 price tag).

Wild Blood, the game that challenges players to "live the unforgettable journey of Sir Lancelot" (in a universe where Lancelot incurs King Arthur's wrath by having an affair with Queen Guinevere, leading to the introduction of hellish demons to Earth), got our stamp of approval in October as a great game for "mindlessly slicing monsters to death," but it may have been a hard purchase to justify for some players at a cost of $6.99.

If you've been waiting for the best possible price on the EVO LTE, it's time to go ahead and buy. Why? Because Amazon Wireless is letting this handset go for a penny, and, well, it doesn't get much more affordable than that. This deal's good for both new customers and upgrades, so it's open for basically everyone (granted you're already eligible for upgrade). And of course, let's not forget that the handset was recently updated to Android 4.1, so now it's full of Jelly Bean goodness.

Apparently it's the Day of the Deal, because the savings just keep rolling in. We've already highlighted a couple of good deals on GSIIIs today, but if that's just not your cup of tea, Amazon Wireless just knocked quite a bit off the price of Sprint's Note II and Optimus G for new customers.

We've actually seen Amazon Wireless do some real damage to the Note II's price over the last few weeks: on November 20, it was $229; just three days later, on November 23, AW brought it down to $199.

Hot on the heels of Best Buy's daily deal, Amazon wireless has dropped the prices of all its GSIII models to match - with one exception. Instead of knocking Spring's GSIII down to $50/$99 for the 16/32GB respectively, it's now $0.01/$50 for new customers. That's basically a free GSIII!

It's hard to say if this is a permanent change or just something temporary in order to compete with Best Buy, but one thing is certain: this is the best deal we've seen yet on any version of the GSIII.

As always, the closer we get to the holidays, the more deals we see. It's anything but uncommon to see one-day super deals pop up just before Christmas, and today Best Buy is offering the Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon variants of the 16GB Galaxy S III for just $50 and 32GB for $99 (Verizon only) with a two-year agreement. T-Mo customers are stuck paying a bit more, with the 16GB handset coming in at $80 and 32GB variant for $130.

If you're looking for a tablet that can also function as a laptop, it's hard to beat ASUS' Transformer series. And out of the current lineup, the reigning champ is definitely the Infinity. Its 1900x1200 display is one of the best you can get in an Android tablet, and the 1.7GHz quad-core Tegra 3 keeps things running smoothly. Plus, when coupled with the keyboard dock, the battery life is pretty phenomenal.

Amazon's Gold Box deals are some of my favorite discounts to check out every morning. In fact, outside of the Gold Box, the only other deal destinations I regularly visit are Amazon-owned MyHabit and TouchOfModern, a site full of inspiration and ultramodernism.

But back to the deal. If you've been eying Amazon's latest Kindle Fire HD 8.9" tablet (remember all those holidays that are coming at us fast?), today's Gold Box deal of the day should most definitely make it easier to pull the trigger.

Despite the slew of devices released since Summer, the Galaxy S III remains one of the most popular handsets in the Android world right now. If you were looking to get your hands on one without signing a new contract, eBay Daily Deals has both the black and blue international versions for $499 unlocked.

This is the most affordable we've seen the device so far in an unlocked form, though you can still get it for as low as $550 from some other venues, so don't worry too much if you can't grab this deal today.

Amazon just did some price slashing on a scale we rarely see, cutting costs for all sorts of new smartphones across the board. Hit up the list to see what's up for grabs. All of these deals are for both new customers and upgrades.

One X+ (AT&T) - $139.99 ($70 savings)

What more can you say about the One X+ than it's a One X but better? 64GB of internal storage, LTE, and Android 4.1, all on the most beautiful smartphone display I've ever seen.
