CyanogenMod 12 Nightlies Now Available For The Moto Maxx, DROID Turbo Users Green With Envy

Before we continue, let's get a couple of things straight: this is the DROID Turbo (model number XT1250), a souped-up version of the Moto X 2014 that's exclusive to Verizon in the United States. It's ostensibly a sequel to the DROID Maxx from 2013, and like almost all Verizon-branded devices, it has a locked bootloader. No custom ROMs for the poor DROID Turbo. And this is the Moto Maxx (model number XT1225), the exact same phone released without the Verizon branding or a locked bootloader, and currently sold only in Latin America.

Latest CyanogenMod 12 Nightlies Bring The Boot Animation Back In Black

Were you upset that CyanogenMod changed its boot animation for CM12 (based on Lollipop) to a blinding white flash of branding brilliance? Then you really need to find better things to be upset about.
