CloudMagic was updated with Android Wear support just as the first watches were going home with I/O attendees. That was still v1, but now we're making the jump to the v5.0 branch, which seems a little dramatic. In fairness, there's a lot of new stuff.
CloudMagic isn't a new app, but people are constantly on the lookout for an alternative to default Gmail app that, for various reasons, doesn't meet their needs. If you personally need an email client that can support multiple accounts spread across different sites, something with lightning fast search, and something that doesn't make your eyes bleed, CloudMagic may just be the free app you've been looking for.
First, Some Background
CloudMagic comes to us from a developer of the same name, the folks who previously offered a zippy way to search through Gmail, Twitter, Exchange, Dropbox, and many other accounts.
CloudMagic, the supersearch service that crawls through your Gmail, GDocs, GCal, Contacts, Twitter, Office365, and Exchange accounts just got a whole lot more powerful. It was bumped up to version 2.1 in the Play Store, which brings integration with even more services, including Facebook, Dropbox, Evernote, Box,
iCloud, AOL, mail.com, and GMX. That's a whole lotta services.
That's not all v2.1 is good for, either: the app has been completely redesigned to shed the old-school Google Search look and to make it more ICS/JB friendly.
