Google is dropping new Pixel wallpapers today, and they're weird

This Thursday is Earth Day, an annual event designed to push all of us as a society to help make the world a cleaner, more environmentally-friendly place. You can celebrate the occasion by doing your part in your community, whether by picking up trash along the street or keeping the lights off a little longer each day. No matter how you choose to help out, you can also take part by using one of these super weird new Earth Day-themed wallpapers from Google.
Telegram is finally adding a revamped, full suite of customization options for chat backgrounds. Whether you want solid colors, patterns, or motion effects, this update adds them. While most new versions have several additions or improvements, Telegram is keeping things simple with v5.3.
For those of us who like to change our wallpapers up often, it's always interesting to see what's included on the latest and greatest phones. The Galaxy Note9 and Tab S4 were both released recently, and we already have all 22 wallpapers from the duo available for your perusal and download.

- As seen by About Chromebooks, the feature has been fixed and updated. The "Done" button now works, and the new wallpaper picker is live on Chrome Dev v68.0.3440.25. There's now a full-screen preview for each wallpaper, and the "Daily Refresh" option will use the Backdrop server to automatically go through new images. It also looks like Google is going to making this default soon. Hopefully it arrives sooner than later.
Chrome's new tab page has been plain white for as long as I can remember, with users seeking more customization opting for various other solutions. However, it seems like Google has finally seen the light, having added a "Customize background" button in the latest version of Chrome Canary on desktop. Too bad it isn't functional yet.
With every new phone launch, the manufacturer is expected to include a number of stock wallpapers for users to choose from. They're another way of differentiating from other OEMs and adding some extra branding flair to a device. The latest flagship phone to be announced by HTC is the U11+, which we've heard was once intended to be the canceled Google Pixel 2 XL (codenamed 'Muskie'). If it had been a Pixel, it would have had Google's Wallpaper app by default, but since it's not, HTC has come up with some wallpapers of its own.
After months of rumors, the HTC 11 was officially revealed earlier today. We'll have to wait until the reviews start to pour in to find out if the phone is worth buying, but in the meantime, you can enjoy all of the phone's included wallpapers.
The third developer preview of Android N is now in the wild, and there are lots of interesting tweaks to see. Just for fun, Google threw in four new wallpapers along with the standard pink sky image that came with the last two. We've got them all ready for download below.
