ASUS Transformer Pad 300 32GB Shows Up For Pre-Order On Amazon For $399, Will Be Available On April 22

Info about the Transformer Pad 300's availability has been slowly showing up more and more often over the past few weeks. Now, thanks to Amazon, we have all of the last bits of information that we needed about this powerhouse-in-a-plastic-body device, including price and release date.

As you can see, the TP300 will be available on April 22, along with a whole slew of other Android devices (Galaxy Tab 2 7, Sprint Galaxy Nexus, LG Viper, and LG Optimus Elite). And for $400, this thing packs a punch:

  • 10.1-inch 1280x800 IPS display
  • 1.2Ghz quad-core Tegra 3 processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 32GB built-in storage
  • Plastic chassis
  • Android 4.0
Looks like Amazon thinks that the 300 should have 2GB of RAM, but rest assured, that's just a typo.

Best Buy Leak Reveals Expected Sprint Galaxy Nexus Stock On April 22nd, Confirms Similar Rumors

We've long suspected that the Spring Galaxy Nexus will be finally crawling out of the labs and into our hands on April 22nd, with today's Sprint planogram note BGR got ahold of confirming it. To make the case even stronger, we'll throw in a tip from one of our sources at Best Buy who sent us these internal images.

While neither picture explicitly names the devices, they should indeed be the Galaxy Nexus and the LG Viper 4G, the latter of which is officially coming out on the same date as well. "Samsung," "Sprint," "Digital Communication," "Sprint Handsets" - these all could mean only one device, which according to our source is most definitely the Nexus.

Okay, I know what you're thinking: isn't the Sprint GNex coming out on April 15th? Well... maybe. Actually, we're not sure now - according to a new document obtained by The Verge, it could actually be coming out exactly one week later, on April 22.

Despite the fact that the earlier leak came from a highly trusted source, this image appears to be legit, as all of the other dates are spot-on. So, if you're determined to get your hands on the very first Sprint LTE device out of the gate, it looks like the LG Viper is still on-schedule to hit on the 15th.
