[Deal Alert] AT&T's HTC One X Now $20 For New Customers At Amazon Wireless

If you walk into AT&T right now to buy the HTC One X and sign a new agreement, you'll not only be overrun by people trying to get the new iPhone, but pay $100 for it. Here's a better idea: stay home, head over to Amazon Wireless, and get the same phone for just $20 (if you're opening a new AT&T account). You'll avoid the crowd, standing in line, and having to listen to some salesman tell you to buy some other phone that's not nearly as good. You know which one I'm talking about.

The DROID RAZR M just landed on Verizon yesterday for $99. A little while later, it dropped to $80 on Wirefly. Now, you can get both the white and black versions from Amazon Wireless for just $50 with a new two-year agreement (proof that you should never order anything directly from the carrier, especially on launch day). If you're already a Verizon customer, you can still get this solid mid-ranger for $70, which is $10 cheaper than anywhere else.

Despite the fact that we're pretty sure to see the unveiling of Samsung's Galaxy Note 2 at IFA this year, there are undoubtedly still some folks out there still looking to get their hands on the original. Yeah, we know: it's a tough choice. First you have to decide which color to buy, then which vendor to buy it from. To make it easier, you could just do a couple of coin tosses. Last month, both Amazon Wireless and Wirefly offered a promotion for a $40 credit with the purchase of a new 4G LTE phone on Verizon Wireless. Now, Amazon Wireless is offering a similar deal for anyone who purchases a phone on Verizon and activates a new Share Everything plan.

Basically, if you purchase select Verizon phones from Amazon Wireless between now and August 2nd, you'll get a $40 credit on your bill (which may "take up to three bill cycles to process").
