Amazon Wireless sales are so dramatic and frequent that I don't know why anyone buys a retail-priced phone anymore. Case in point: Today's one-day sale is a reduced-price HTC One, on-contract for both AT&T and Sprint users. New contract signees can pick up one of the best Android smartphones around for a jaw-dropping $79.99, while those renewing their contracts can get it for just a bit more at $99.99. Two-day shipping is free (no Amazon Prime account required), and the phone is offered in silver or black on both carriers.

[Deal Alert] Amazon Wireless Drops Verizon's Galaxy S 4 To $119 For New Contracts

A few days ago, Dell dropped the price of both Sprint's and Verizon's variants of the Galaxy S 4 to $119 and $129 respectively. Not to be outdone, Amazon Wireless has now undercut Big D by $10, and is offering Verizon's GS4 for $119 for new contracts ($170 for upgrades). That's a pretty solid deal if you don't want to buy from Dell, though I'd be remiss not to mention the $50 eGift card that Dell is throwing in if you do decide to buy through them. If you have no intention of buying anything else from Dell, however, Amazon's deal is the way to go.

The price for this handset has fallen to a single penny on a 2-year contract. This deal is open to all interested parties, whether it's for a new line of service or not. The Optimus G was previously only this cheap for new customers.

The LG Optimus G came out last fall, but it has since been overshadowed by the likes of the HTC One and Galaxy S4. But hey, there's still plenty to like in the Optimus G.

Up to this point, making one your own on The Now Network meant shelling out $200 for an upgrade or $100 if you came from another carrier (thanks to Sprint's number porting incentive); if those prices are still too steep for your taste and you've been waiting for a better deal to come along, now may be the time to buy.

Amazon Wireless just dropped its price on Sprint's One to $79 for new accounts (which is just $20 less than Sprint's offering if you take advantage of the aforementioned number port-in bonus) and – the real deal here – $99 for upgrades.

You're a smart one (not to say that those who did pick one up aren't smart, of course), because Amazon Wireless has already knocked the price down to $168. Sure, that's a pretty random amount ($32 off AT&T's price) considering we're used to seeing prices drop in increments of $50, but hey – a deal is a deal, right?

Naturally, you'll have to sign a two-year contractual agreement with AT&T to get the device for that price, but considering you were probably going to do that anyway, it doesn't really make sense to spend more money.

Sprint's Galaxy S4 Pre-Orders Already Sold Out, But Amazon Wireless Comes To The Rescue

If you've finally decided that pre-ordering Sprint's variant of the Galaxy S4 is the right move for your mobile life, you're in for a less-than-ideal surprise: it's already sold out directly from The Now Network. Sadface.

But before you get too sad, we've some good news: it's now available for pre-order from Amazon Wireless! Happyface. You'll find that AW has the same pricing structure as Sprint, so it'll set you back $150 if you're switching networks, and $250 if you're simply upgrading. Alternatively, you can grab it contract-free for $700, which really isn't a bad price in itself.

The device is expected to hit Sprint's shelves on April 27th, which is the same day Amazon should begin shipping pre-order units.
