We here at Android Police welcome Sprint's innovation in the WiMax/4G business and are looking forward to the coverage spreading to all major areas. However, the reality is, 4G is only available in select locations, and Sprint hasn't made it easy to see the stats outside of their heavy Flash-enabled website.

So we are here to fix it. We are going to maintain a simple table, updated any time Sprint releases 4G in new areas. The table shows both upcoming and already available locations for easy tracking.

Bookmark this page as it will be continuously updated (this is a permanent page - not a blog post).

here's a clue... go to clear.com/coverage.... and anything on there sprint already is covering or nearly will cover... and the future cities are the same. Remember CLEAR is the company providing Sprint with 4G.

    • ALD9351

And Sprint owns 40% of Clear's stock.

      • MRCUR

        I believe it's actually 51%...

        • ajac

          actually its 54%

  • boriqua2000

i live in dallas and you should know that 4g isn't avalible everywhere.i get it at work but i dont get it at home(i live about 2 miles from where i work).4g is very spotty in dallas

  • Aaron

I live in Houston and it is the same here as it is in Dallas. Very spotty

  • Jeff

Sprint owns 56% of Clear and will own more as Clear needs additional funding.

  • Dave

any estimated dates that go along with "coming" ??

    • http://www.AndroidPolice.com Artem Russakovskii

If we get the estimates, we'll be sure to update the tracker with it.

  • Stephen

I wish it would come to somewhere in SC. How far does 4G Broadcast??

  • Rich C

4g In Downtown Miami Area. I work by 2nd and 2nd NW and I get 4g in that location. 2 bars is the most I've gotten.

    • Uphor8

      Miami is live today!

  • J.C.

Looks like 4g in Orlando FL is comming very soon, there is already service in the 417 North and is strong, I use that Hwy every day and my phone always pick up the 4g. Hope Sprint finalize the setup and open this to all the Orlando area.

    • Uphor8

      Yup, already live.

  • Me

currently in Wailkiki and 4g isnt present wither at the airport, nor my hotel...

  • Gadgetman

I live 1000 ft from a 4G tower near Houston. Sprint tells me that I live right in-between the antennas and that is probably why I don't have very good throughput even with 2-4 bars. Yeah....Right. I just wish they could get it working reliably here. And this is on 2 EVO's. Been months, and no real improvement.

  • Michael

Come on Phoenix. I find it ridiculous we don't have 4g here.

  • Ryan

I agree...there are 4 million people in Phoenix area ....and yet no 4G?

  • TheNinja

San Jose, CA and Santa Clara, CA - 4G is working for me for the past two weeks.

  • RB94928

Think of all the money they are making on 4G that we can't use. Bend over

  • bludins

Minneapolis has 4g, but not St. Paul

  • http://none johnny english

Please I live outside the continental u.s. in the united states virgin islands we've had Sprint for a decade here and we don't have 4G and won't be getting it anytime soon Sprint has no answer as to when we'll get it of if we'll ever get it and on that matter sprint's service here is TERRIBLE ANYWAY molasses slow data speed and voice service that chops up when its rainy no wonder most of my friends have gone to at&t

  • http://none humboldt huffer

    wtf how about humboldt ca

  • matt

i live an hour and 20 south of twin cities.no 4g here yet but when i travel to minneapolis area its like data heaven experiencing the 4g there.especially like when i click on sompething and boom its there. verizon has announced 4g comming to my city soon of course soon could mean a lot of things but sprint has no plans from what i see to have it in my city yet so ill be somewat patient but carrier loyality only goes so far now that i have experienced 4g .i just signed a 2 year plan with sprint.ill give them at !east that long and then ill switch carriers if its not in my city by then but who knows 2 years is a lot of time .ill just have to wait and see what happens..
