OnePlus Sells The One Phone With No Invite Or Pre-Order For Today Only

With all the limited promotions, holiday sales, and convoluted pre-order schemes, you'd think that OnePlus would get it freakin' over with and just sell the flagship One phone directly to consumers already. That's in North America - in Europe it will go on sale at 7-9PM Greenwich Mean Time, and in Hong Kong and Taiwan it goes on sale from 7-9PM Hong Kong Time (presumably tomorrow, since it's already passed for the 20th).

[APK Teardown] YouTube v10.0 Set To Bring Video Filters And A Participants View For Live Chats

YouTube has always been one of Google's less conventional properties, but the sudden leap from version 6.0 to 10.0 gave everybody a surprise. Even stranger is that with such a substantial jump in versions, there are virtually zero meaningful changes to the user-facing features. While there's relatively little for us to enjoy right now, a full teardown reveals that there are at least a few additions that might be worthy of a major version bump.

T-Mobile Owner Deutsche Telekom Says Without A Merger T-Mobile's Business Model Is Unsustainable

It's easy to forget, but T-Mobile USA is still owned by German firm Deutsche Telekom. In a recent speech given at the DLD conference in Munich, Germany, DT CEO Tim Höttges said that T-Mobile's un-carrier promotions won't be enough to keep T-Mobile going. The only long-term solution, apparently, is a merger.

Motorola Uploads Bland-Looking Visual Voice Mail App To Google Play

Accessing voice mail has traditionally been a pain, and while visual voice mail takes much of the aggravation away, it seems many of the supplied apps are designed to capture the essence of the mundane experience and inject it directly into our eyes. To continue the trend, Motorola has added a Visual Voice Mail app to the Play Store that looks about as exciting as a confirmation dialogue.
