The Galaxy Note 8 rumored to be Samsung's most expensive phone ever at €999

Samsung's phones have usually cost a bit more than the competition, but it's sort of thrown caution to the wind lately. The Galaxy S8 Plus retails for around $850, which is a lot of money even when you break it out over two years. A rumor from Evan Blass at Venture Beat suggests the Galaxy Note 8 could take things even further with a €999 price tag.

YouTube TV will be expanding to 10 more markets soon

When YouTube TV was announced a few months ago, it was off to a slow start and limited to a few markets. Our very own Ryan had to do some tomfoolery to get it to work in his hometown so he could write up his thoughts. In the beginning, this initiative was available only to customers in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, and the San Francisco Bay Area. But as part of a slew of new announcements, YouTube has stated that the live TV service is expanding to ten more markets.

Google Wifi & OnHub update adds IPv6 support and other new features [APK Download]

If you're worried about things like IPv4 exhaustion, today is a good day. Google has just released an update for the Google Wifi app — and their Google Wifi and OnHub routers — that brings IPv6 support to the two networking devices. Other features in the new update include a warning when using the "Family Wi-Fi" feature to pause a connection on the current device, the ability to delete custom names, and a tool for benchmarking the speed of your mesh network.

YouTube announces VR180, a new VR content format for the video-sharing service

Today YouTube has announced a new video format to go along with all that VR the kids are using these days. It is called VR180, and it was created for YouTube in collaboration with Google's Daydream team. It works for both prerecorded and livestreamed content, and it's compatible with Google Cardboard, Daydream, and PSVR.

Google is running a massive Android Pay promo in Australia with 200,000 prizes worth $1.6 million
